I bought two refurbished Echo Studios (for a stereo setup) at a Prime Days deal for 125€ each. I was very sceptical about how they would sound in stereo because of their sideways- and up-firing midrange speakers. But I honestly was very surprised how good they sound as a stereo pair. Really can't say anything bad about them. Btw.: I keep "spatial sound" turned off usually. But the Alexa-app definitely needs some improvement. The equalizer should have at least 5 bands, but 7 to 10 would even be better. And there is one thing in the app that must be a complete 'joke": although many customers that use Echo speakers in a stereo setup complain about the lack of a balance control (imho something elementary for stereo setups) Amazon seems to ignore their wishes.

I know it’s not great for Music, but would one speaker be any good for a television connected to my Fire Stick?
