Update: I'm still trying to figure out which capacitors if any are bad. Using the method from the gbatemp guide of checking for continuity between the negative leg of each capacitor and ground, I had found two that didn't seem to have continuity, but upon removing one the capacitance was pretty close to what it said on the label. I then acquired an LCR-TC1 component tester so I could measure ESR, got some weird readings (lower than expected, usually higher than expected means it's bad) there, and am still not 100% sure if it's bad or not, but evidence is possibly pointing toward it being good. I'll just have to pull and test some more of the capacitors I suspect and see what sort of readings I get. I haven't ruled out some diodes or other parts being bad yet either. Also my phone keeps running out of space so I don't want to film too many videos where nothing interesting is likely to happen.
