The palmetto bugs - are they prevalent in the actual CITY of Charlotte I.E Uptown? I live in dallas where I hear there are a lot of cockroaches (especially gliding ones) but I am fortunate to not have had one since I'm on the 7th floor of a condo-
Will having a 5th floor or above Condo be a good way to avoid having palmetto (and other pests) bugs appear?
I hear Minnesota has a similar problem with 'Boxelder bugs' but I'm not sure how severe the problem is!

Why don't articles talk about the Charlotte airport is one of the worst, these articles don't talk how crime has rised and I have two friends that work at the TSA airport and say that we are number one for sex trafficing, why do these articles don't talk about about that? Besides, during the last two years the rude drivers have skyrocketed, people take the reds, something that didn't used to happen when we moved 25 years ago. To be honest, South Carolina taxes are better, quality of life is better in Greenvilles SC, and other places. Charlotte is wayyy over rated. The schools are over run with new students and the poor teachers are stuck. Talk about that, do your search about crimes stats, homelessness and horrible drivers, soon we are going to have cameras in every corner due to the rude drivers ruining our queen city. Move to other places like Greenville SC, do your research, did you know that your car must past the silly inspections even if they are new? and then you pay property taxes for your car? Share that in articles and stop telling everyone it is great to live in Charlotte!
You do make a lot of good points... but we still love it here and we find many of the folks moving here are paying LESS taxes that where they are from and dealing w LESS traffic and LESS inconsiderate people! In our experiences... 🤷🏻♂️
