God1st - Which Bible reading plan do you use, fellow-Christian? I know that not all plans are beneficial for all people, but I really would like to start with some recommendations from folks who also listen to and trust Allen Parr. Thank you in advance.

My favorite promise “and Lo I AM with you always even until the end of the world.” I’ve been clinging to that promise since I was in middle school. I need Him to be with me always. And He has.

Allen Parr---- Thank you. 4 years back I just lived a Luke warm Christian life. I didn't have any idea of the sin I was going to commit. I was unaware. Thank God for you. You dont know me but I truly love you for doing Gods will. Because if you didn't I don't think I would have been inspired to find my calling after High School. I would have not had the conviction to stay out of the worldly sin. Because of you I was able to hear the Lord. I am going to be a pastor. I want to do the will of God because it excites me! I believe in God! I know know God is with me always. I now know that God is not out to destroy me. I was born with a learning disability. For my whole life I remembered all the times of people saying I could not do anything. Being called an idiot. Thoughts that always said I would always be in this situation. But no matter how big the crowd got or how loud it became. No matter how many I was discouraged. Even my own suffering couldn't keep me from hearing Gods love. I have faith in the Lord now. I prayed for wisdom and now I no longer see like the crowd. I am walking in the spirit. I am going to college. I have a job and im leaving my disability completely. Thank God! Allen it was the early years you planted the seed in my head of Gods love. The Lord is watching me and it gives me a warm feeling. To think Gods eye is on me. I am grateful that we have a God who watches his children. To think God created this universe and to think he listens to our prayers. It baffles me really. Who am I that God should listen to me? I mean my family dont even listen to me. To know God is a person and to know God is watching over me just is amazing. To know he will even listen and speak to me is warming. Allen am grateful to have a teacher who is caring and loving to share Gods love for my life. Thank you. And God bless you and your family.

I love Psalm 34:18 “ The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” This promise helped me through the season of grieving for my late husband who lost his battle to cancer. As difficult as that was, it brought me to God. I’m now born again and am so thankful for our almighty God!! 🙌 I’m grateful for your videos Allen and the way God is working through your ministry! I may not know the specifics of every sin or everything in this world, but I can safely say that the vaccine isn’t the mark of the beast, nor is it an alliance with evil in any other way. This really was God’s divine will for me to come across this video. I’m going through a rough patch in my life right now. The depression became so unbearable I started contemplating suicide. Exodus 14:14 is one of my favorite scriptures. In KJV it reads, "The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." In NLT it reads, "The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm." I also really love John 16:33! KJV: "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world." NLT: "I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world." Both of these really put me at ease. I hope they encourage whoever reads this! 💛
Amen! Here (Exodus 14:14) the "NLT" version is better, because the Lord Himself state clearly to Jesus Christ! If you think that the WORD (JESUS) is "not" in the O.T., ask God for wisdom (James 1:5)! Ang Pagbabago The context made me love that verse even more! It made my life make sense. I was wandering in my own desert of deep depression and suicidal thought, of deep loneliness and completely feeling like God just had me here...because I’m replaceable. He didn’t need me. I just...existed. But learning what that verse really meant changed EVERYTHING for me. Now I know that I am here for a reason. That I do matter to God. That yes, He can raise up someone else to do what He called me to do, but He chose me!! I still feel lonely sometimes, but I know that all I have to do is cling to Him.
Back in the early 80s i was droughting my salvation, I was in my grandmas kitchen at her table with my bible talking to the Father asking him to show me that im saved I told him that one day every thing will be shown be fore every body and im asking you to show me that im saved and you didnt show me that i was saved Well he did show me I looked down at the bible my great aunt and uncle bought me. And the letters got very bold and jumped up, God showed me Isaha 43 vs 1and 2. DO NOT FEAR FOR I HAVE REEDEMED I HAVE CALLED YOU BY NAME YOU ARE MINE, I went wooooow The Lord IN me opened the bible to the exact page for me and that is the awesomeness' of the FATHER

Anisha, as a child of the Most High, we are never called to walk around in pain in exhaustion although these current conditions we’re all living under right now can be quite taxing on one’s spirit. Rather, the Lord calls upon us to rejoice, even during trials, for by them we know we are His! Think of it this way, many are called, few are chosen! You’re name is in the Lambs Book of Life! That I’m and of itself is cause for celebration my sister! Be like King David and celebrate before the Lord in joyous dance!
One of my favorites is what Jesus says in Rev. 3:21 - "To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with Me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in His throne." Great vid Brother Allen. Keep on doing God's work!

Brother Allen, first i want to THANK GOD for You ... I want to Thank You for being such an incredible obedient servant FOR HIM to us. A few years ago i lost my youngest sister to a Horrific (suicide) ... Then May 22, 2017 i lost my own precious middle son to addiction (Alcohol) which led to use of heroin (overdose) And I Live In AGONY Missing him EVERY single day noon and night of my life now ... Next, another sister, who is now in a nursing home who is now total complete care due to a very horrific very rare disease called cns vasculitis. She can no longer even stand up anymore and has lesions on her brain which often causes her to hallucinate HORRIBLE things. It is breaking my heart seeing my younger sister like this now. Then next, i have yet even another sister who has been in and out of the hospital with very severe MRSA from a back surgery. And then there is my own very precious mom who is now in a nursing home (with my sister down the hall from her) ... Mom is now in the same nursing home due to her being total care as well now with severe breathing issues. And now yet Again, We have just had yet even Another TRAGIC death in our family. i lost my precious daughter in law just last saturday after a very long HORRIFIC battle with cancer. My precious (oldest) son, She was the Love of his life. and my 11 year old precious grandson has now lost his beloved precious momma. It was HORRIFIC seeing My Precious Son and My Precious 11 year old Grandchild WAILING over her hanging on. AS A MOTHER/GRANDMOTHER, I FELT SO HELPLESS FOR THEM BOTH. The furneral was yesterday. Venting here simply because our family has truly endured SO very very much. As sooo many of us are in these last days. God has a calling on me in Bible Prophecy. HE has me serving as a watch(woman) in these last days (Joel 2:28) Sharing the Gospel and showing what time it is on God's Prophectic clock ... i believe with all of my being that is why so much attacks on my family. The evil one knows his time is sooo short. he is desperate and he wants to wear me down. he wants to shut me up. HOWEVER, JESUS HAS OVERCOME! ... The evil one will NEVER EVER Shut me up! ... NO matter what attack he may bring! I find my strength in the Scriptures GOD speaks to me and in my heart through HIS Holy Spirit ... It is indeed God's breath in HIS HOLY WORD in HIS HOLY SPIRIT THAT is WHY i am ABLE to keep going. the evil one IS DEFEATED!!!! AND THE MORE FAMILY THAT IS LEAVING, I WILL SEE THEM AGAIN! GOD'S PROMISES FOR HIS BELIEVING CHILDREN: (1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so "them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him" 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together "with them" in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words) ... I lost my feeling of connection to God. I didn't understand why I couldn't feel His presence. I laid in bed and prayed that if I had done something to separate us, God would put it on my heart so that I might repent and be reconnected. Immediately, He put 2 things on my heart. I repented and fell asleep. The next morning, I woke up to His presence again! Praise God! Jesus, you are so good to us. I love Jesus.

I used to think that I'd never be able to get free from my evil, adulterous thoughts. But NOTHING is impossible for God, He can make a Way where there appears to be no way. And I couldn't be more grateful. I still struggle, but Praise be to the Lord God Above that I WILL be set free from these evil temptations one day. 2 Timothy 1:7 has been the verse that changed my life with fear and anxiety, anytime I start worrying I instantly recite it and I feel so much better! PRAISE THE LORD!
“If anyone serves he should do so with the strength God provides.” I believe it’s in 1 Peter. I like that it isn’t something we have to ask for. If we’re serving Him, He will provide our strength. As someone with multiple debilitating health issues, I have to claim this strength EVERY day.
it's 10/4/22 and i first viewed this video, i believe it was not long after it was created. Today i am growing faith in love spiritually,,, thank you Jesus. same i’m 15 and i am trying to get knowledge as well. You should try reading Proverbs and Mark if you haven’t. Proverbs is all about wisdom(especially proverbs 8) and Mark is about what Jesus did when he was on Earth and how he acted, which can you help you gain knowledge and act more like Jesus. God bless

I’m grateful for God and all he has done for me and will continue to do for me. I use to have bad issues with drugs, smoking and drinking and I use to think of how worthless I am and how I needed to be perfect to be loved, but from reconnecting my faith in Jesus Christ I’ve had my eyes open to all the blessing I have like how loving and caring my family and friends are and how blessed I am to know I have a loving home to go when I feel weak, and to know I have a Heavenly Father who knows all my flaws but still loves and accepts me and he still loves me when I do fall short from him. When you accept Jesus into your life you begin to change and start to follow the rules in the bible, but don’t take this as you can follow ever single rule because we are imperfect that’s why Jesus shortens the rules to make us not only understand the rules in a more precise detail but in one that we can put more effort into. Even if you try and fail at every attempt know that Jesus never thought any less of you and that he still loves you. God bless you all

As a 2 yr Christian this helps me. Frankly, I burned myself out initially. Doing 2-3 devotionals each day(spending up to an hour on each one) plus reading the Bible, doing 4 Bible Studies each week, volunteering 2- 3 days a week at a food pantry, volunteering at a retirement home, helping church members to the store...doctors etc....saying yes to everything. After a yr my devotionals stopped, I wasn't reading my Bible daily anymore, cut my Bible studies down to 3...then 2..then 1...then none(covid officially stopped all of that) and really burned myself out. People at my church warned me I was doing too much. I was filling all my time with GOD. I'm not working so I had the time but I went from doing a lot to nothing. Now I'm having to kick start myself and its not easy. This video helps me.

And didn't understand of how much sin I was aware, I was doing so December 31st 2020 I was crying out to God saying I don't wanna be in man made living worldly anymore. I gave up drinking, smoking, I stop cussing, I stop dealing with my toxic family they was no good for my life. I reading my Bible more keep God 1st. I'm not perfect but the more I keep God on my side, and accept Jesus as my Lord and savior 🙏🏾 I know God has amazing things in store for me. It's been hard but I pray though every good moment and every bad moment.

It's been a very trying season of being sole caregiver/provider to my kids with whom I have recently been reunited after nearly 5 years of being a 'holiday parent'. I was healed of all my health issues that I’ve had for years by faith. I believed in God’s promise that he heals us from all sickness, that we were healed by his (Jesus’s) stripes, and that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. There are so many more verses where God promises healing, and where it talks about how his word heals us. I stepped out on faith- I believed in the power of his word and Spirit in me and received my healing. Amen and hallelujah! Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me bless his holy name!

4 years back I just lived a Luke warm Christian life. I didn't have any idea of the sin I was going to commit. I was unaware. Thank God for you. You dont know me but I truly love you for doing Gods will. Because if you didn't I don't think I would have been inspired to find my calling after High School. I would have not had the conviction to stay out of the worldly sin. Because of you I was able to hear the Lord. I am going to be a pastor. I want to do the will of God because it excites me! I believe in God! I know know God is with me always. I now know that God is not out to destroy me. I was born with a learning disability. For my whole life I remembered all the times of people saying I could not do anything. Being called an idiot. Thoughts that always said I would always be in this situation. But no matter how big the crowd got or how loud it became. No matter how many I was discouraged. Even my own suffering couldn't keep me from hearing Gods love. I have faith in the Lord now. I prayed for wisdom and now I no longer see like the crowd. I am walking in the spirit. I am going to college. I have a job and im leaving my disability completely. Thank God! Allen it was the early years you planted the seed in my head of Gods love. The Lord is watching me and it gives me a warm feeling. To think Gods eye is on me. I am grateful that we have a God who watches his children. To think God created this universe and to think he listens to our prayers. It baffles me really. Who am I that God should listen to me? I mean my family dont even listen to me. To know God is a person and to know God is watching over me just is amazing. To know he will even listen and speak to me is warming. Allen am grateful to have a teacher who is caring and loving to share Gods love for my life. Thank you. And God bless you and your family.

This really was God’s divine will for me to come across this video. I’m going through a rough patch in my life right now. The depression became so unbearable I started contemplating suicide. In KJV it reads, "The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace."
In NLT it reads, "The Lord himself will fight for you. Just stay calm."
I also really love John 16:33!
KJV: "These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world."

Ang Pagbabago The context made me love that verse even more! It made my life make sense. I was wandering in my own desert of deep depression and suicidal thought, of deep loneliness and completely feeling like God just had me here...because I’m replaceable. He didn’t need me. I just...existed. But learning what that verse really meant changed EVERYTHING for me. Now I know that I am here for a reason. That I do matter to God. That yes, He can raise up someone else to do what He called me to do, but He chose me!! I still feel lonely sometimes, but I know that all I have to do is cling to Him.

Brother Allen, first i want to THANK GOD for You ... I want to Thank You for being such an incredible obedient servant FOR HIM to us. A few years ago i lost my youngest sister to a Horrific (suicide) ... Then May 22, 2017 i lost my own precious middle son to addiction (Alcohol) which led to use of heroin (overdose) And I Live In AGONY Missing him EVERY single day noon and night of my life now ... Next, another sister, who is now in a nursing home who is now total complete care due to a very horrific very rare disease called cns vasculitis. She can no longer even stand up anymore and has lesions on her brain which often causes her to hallucinate HORRIBLE things. It is breaking my heart seeing my younger sister like this now. Then next, i have yet even another sister who has been in and out of the hospital with very severe MRSA from a back surgery. And then there is my own very precious mom who is now in a nursing home (with my sister down the hall from her) ... Mom is now in the same nursing home due to her being total care as well now with severe breathing issues. And now yet Again, We have just had yet even Another TRAGIC death in our family. i lost my precious daughter in law just last saturday after a very long HORRIFIC battle with cancer. My precious (oldest) son, She was the Love of his life. and my 11 year old precious grandson has now lost his beloved precious momma. It was HORRIFIC seeing My Precious Son and My Precious 11 year old Grandchild WAILING over her hanging on. AS A MOTHER/GRANDMOTHER, I FELT SO HELPLESS FOR THEM BOTH. The furneral was yesterday. Venting here simply because our family has truly endured SO very very much. As sooo many of us are in these last days. God has a calling on me in Bible Prophecy. HE has me serving as a watch(woman) in these last days (Joel 2:28) Sharing the Gospel and showing what time it is on God's Prophectic clock ... i believe with all of my being that is why so much attacks on my family. The evil one knows his time is sooo short. he is desperate and he wants to wear me down. he wants to shut me up. HOWEVER, JESUS HAS OVERCOME! ... The evil one will NEVER EVER Shut me up! ... NO matter what attack he may bring! I find my strength in the Scriptures GOD speaks to me and in my heart through HIS Holy Spirit ... It is indeed God's breath in HIS HOLY WORD in HIS HOLY SPIRIT THAT is WHY i am ABLE to keep going. the evil one IS DEFEATED!!!! AND THE MORE FAMILY THAT IS LEAVING, I WILL SEE THEM AGAIN! I lost my feeling of connection to God. I didn't understand why I couldn't feel His presence. I laid in bed and prayed that if I had done something to separate us, God would put it on my heart so that I might repent and be reconnected. Immediately, He put 2 things on my heart. I repented and fell asleep. The next morning, I woke up to His presence again! Praise God! Jesus, you are so good to us. I love Jesus.

2 Timothy 1:7 has been the verse that changed my life with fear and anxiety, anytime I start worrying I instantly recite it and I feel so much better! PRAISE THE LORD!
“If anyone serves he should do so with the strength God provides.” I believe it’s in 1 Peter. I like that it isn’t something we have to ask for. If we’re serving Him, He will provide our strength. As someone with multiple debilitating health issues, I have to claim this strength EVERY day.
Our own strength will always come up short, but God's strength is infinite!

Proverbs is all about wisdom(especially proverbs 8) and Mark is about what Jesus did when he was on Earth and how he acted, which can you help you gain knowledge and act more like Jesus. God bless

I’m grateful for God and all he has done for me and will continue to do for me. I use to have bad issues with drugs, smoking and drinking and I use to think of how worthless I am and how I needed to be perfect to be loved, but from reconnecting my faith in Jesus Christ I’ve had my eyes open to all the blessing I have like how loving and caring my family and friends are and how blessed I am to know I have a loving home to go when I feel weak, and to know I have a Heavenly Father who knows all my flaws but still loves and accepts me and he still loves me when I do fall short from him. When you accept Jesus into your life you begin to change and start to follow the rules in the bible, but don’t take this as you can follow ever single rule because we are imperfect that’s why Jesus shortens the rules to make us not only understand the rules in a more precise detail but in one that we can put more effort into. Even if you try and fail at every attempt know that Jesus never thought any less of you and that he still loves you. God bless you all

As a 2 yr Christian this helps me. Frankly, I burned myself out initially. Doing 2-3 devotionals each day(spending up to an hour on each one) plus reading the Bible, doing 4 Bible Studies each week, volunteering 2- 3 days a week at a food pantry, volunteering at a retirement home, helping church members to the store...doctors etc....saying yes to everything. After a yr my devotionals stopped, I wasn't reading my Bible daily anymore, cut my Bible studies down to 3...then 2..then 1...then none(covid officially stopped all of that) and really burned myself out. People at my church warned me I was doing too much. I was filling all my time with GOD. I'm not working so I had the time but I went from doing a lot to nothing. Now I'm having to kick start myself and its not easy.

He will never leave me nor forsake me, I use to be 1 foot in and one foot out. And didn't understand of how much sin I was aware, I was doing so December 31st 2020 I was crying out to God saying I don't wanna be in man made living worldly anymore. I gave up drinking, smoking, I stop cussing, I stop dealing with my toxic family they was no good for my life. I reading my Bible more keep God 1st. I'm not perfect but the more I keep God on my side, and accept Jesus as my Lord and savior 🙏🏾 I know God has amazing things in store for me. It's been hard but I pray though every good moment and every bad moment.
It's nice just trusting God and letting him do all the work. He can never fail me or you.

I was healed of all my health issues that I’ve had for years by faith. I believed in God’s promise that he heals us from all sickness, that we were healed by his (Jesus’s) stripes, and that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. There are so many more verses where God promises healing, and where it talks about how his word heals us. I stepped out on faith- I believed in the power of his word and Spirit in me and received my healing. Amen and hallelujah! Bless the Lord O my soul and all that is within me bless his holy name!
