Or you can put it in a muffin mould then no need to cut. It will be in a perfect shape but I wonder if it will stick to the bottom or maybe cut and put small parchment paper on the tray

If my oven doesn’t allow me to switch off the fan which is auto, will that affect the cookies?
For convection oven with fan, can try to reduce oven temperature by 10c, or it will darken too fast. Hope you can try

Use muuffin cup that shine at the bottom.. i used it last year for my florentin. U can use many time.
