In my state in India (Himalayas) we have 94% hindus and 4% Buddhists .Here, musIims from bangladesh, Myanmar (who call themselves Indian musIims now) made a mosque a year ago and now this mosques shouts 5 times a day in 3 loud speakers and it starts from morning 5 am .People are fedup but you cannot do anything in the name of democracy and secularism. Sometimes it feels monarchy was far better than this democracy.

If people of a certain religion live in a nation with religious liberties why wouldn´t they be allowed to build their temple? I´m not a big fan of immigration either but a whole community of people living in the same place as you, people that you run into everyday, it is not wise to segregate others and create parallel societies that benefit no one and feed more hatred and division. Is it not sensible too, to have religious tolerance as pillar of your nation or culture?

They might diversify the cultures that exist within the same society, but how is thats a bad thing when you are still very free to act out whatever culture you want (As long as you don't harm others by doing so).

The fear that was put forward however, was that concept of people taking away YOUR culture. Keeping YOU fro living out your heritage. THAT doesnt happen. Yes, over time different cultures will mix together, but that affects future generations, or people, who are fine with changing their culture. It does NOT affect those to whom their culture is important. Thats why it is not a problem, the only people who's culture does get changed, are people who do not care about their culture being changed in the first place.

In my country, musIims have their own religious board, this board can claim any land anywhere and you cannot do anything, you cannot even go to court ,you have to go to special sharia court to reclaim you land .They have made thousands of mosques here and there is a very loud call for prayer over loudspeakers 5 times a day starting from 5 A.M .And this happens, even after we gave them Pakistan. There you can read that the AfD is particularly committed to direct democracy with referendums, etc. This is anything but right-wing extremist, but extremely democratic. It is understandable that the current left-wing regime does not like this, because then it would be swept away by the people.

Now, their descendants are benefiting from the hard work of their ancestors.
