The scapular and bands must both be of red material. On one panel our Lord is represented on the Cross; at the foot of the Cross are the implements of the Passion and about it are the words: “Holy Passion of Our Lord Jesus Christ, save us.” On the other panel are the hearts of Jesus and Mary; above these is a cross with the inscription: “Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary, protect us.” These images are essential to the scapular.

Our Lord: "Josefa," He said to her, "is it true that you would like something to say to My Mother that would please her? Write what I tell you."

" 'O tender and loving Mother, most prudent Virgin, Mother of my Redeemer, I come to salute you to-day with all the love that a child can feel for its mother.

Garden enclosed kept for the delight of the King of heaven. . . . you are my Mother, Virgin most prudent, Ark most precious containing every virtue! You are my Mother, most powerful Virgin, Virgin clement and faithful! You are my Mother, O Refuge of sinners! I salute you and rejoice at the sight of the gifts bestowed on you by the Almighty, and of the prerogatives with which He has crowned you.
" 'Be blessed and praised, Mother of my Redeemer, Mother of poor sinners! Have pity on us and cover us with your motherly protection.
" 'I salute you in the name of all men, of al saints and of all angels.
" 'Would that I could love you with the love and fire of the seraphim, and this is too little to satisfy my desires. . . . and to render you filial homage constant and pure for all eternity.
" 'O incomparable Virgin, bless me, since I am your child. Bless all men! Protect them and pray for them to Him who is almighty and can refuse you nothing.
" 'Adieu, tender and sweet Mother; day and night I salute you, in time and for eternity.'
"Now, Josefa, praise the Mother with the words of the Son, and the Son with those of His Mother."
{ my note - Our Mother Mary gave a prayer for us to say to Our Lord Jesus, but I just have this one for now to Mother Mary. At another time I will do the one she gave Sr. Josefa to pray to Him. If you have the book The Way of Divine Love - the one with over 500 pages, the prayer given to Sr. Josefa from the Mother of God to Our Lord Jesus is found on page 266-7 } God bless and love you and all you hold dear to your heart.

I believe it called the red scapula. The key point is it doesn't have to be red but rather have a picture of the Sacred Heart & the Immaculate Heart.
Our lady please pray for me to get a job in healthcare ..a good job , and pay my bills and even help. My neohew. Pray for mw to get married and get children. If BGBN is fornme please open his heart to love me . teach me to love. God and to love me well enough to love others
