I would highly recommend a new carb if you do a stage 2. I can't remember if it comes with a 22 makuni or not. I would highly recommend a 24 with a full jet kit. I have a full build video of you want to make sure
Predator 212 is one of the most reliable engines out there.. BEST warranty... If anything happens put it in the box bring it back to harbor freight get a brand new one... What other store/engine manufacturer offers that?? & THATS why you see them everywhere and on everything

Is there a tank and a mode for soap?
Fuel tank is part of the engine but if you are using this for a pressure washer you will need to source a new tank

I believe it is made in China. I could be wrong but I think all newer Briggs are made in China

It should. The cam might need some clearance issues but a small grind should fix that

Probably water. Luckily those tanks are not too hard to find
