Sounds like you’re gonna have to ditch the wife and kids. Hairline comes first.

Why is my stubborn belly fat and lower back fat not going away? I'm eating 1400 calories each day , 80 gram protein, 40 fat 200 carbs, im 30 years old, i weigh 131 lbs , i workout every muscle 3.5 times a week 5x8 reps , i only drink sugar when waking up and post workout for chocolate milk, for the rest i only eat complex carbs. I dont drink a drip of alcohol for the past 2 months, i sleep at least 7-8 hours every night. i do 10 minutes cardio daily 5 mins morning and evening bike ride. where in hell could i be going wrong here? I am quiet sedentary for the rest of the day tho.should i decrease my calories further / increase my expenditure more? Or is there something im overlooking?? pls help im feeling totaly lost.. HUGE FAN SINCE DAY ONE BTW 😀👍
