I hope this doesnt come off as a "weird" question but here goes: I have been trying cardio mostly walking up in mountain high incline to try and improve my stamina in bed. I gotta ask, has yours improved by doing all this cardio? Because honestly I was smoking cigarettes and not working out for 3 months (bad relationship) and then I couldn't last 2 minutes in bed going... u know... "fast". Id go out of breath...

Nice to see you improving, the sun is so important. living in the northern hemisphere makes everyone more prone to metabolic disasters. Your whoop is a good guide but it is your slow elimination of junk food which is as important as alcohol purging that is helping with your readings. Keep up the good life.

I like Bali too, but there is still a lot of extraordinary beauty that you have to explore besides Bali, Indonesia is a paradise for nature, culture, and amazingly delicious food, a variety of dishes and drinks , cheap too, Indonesian people are friendly
with what visa for you to be doing all that in Bali?
You can get a visa pretty easily, I got a month one instantly just for travels

As a native Indonesian, I say that a man without a shirt is normal here, but there are some places where you have to follow the code of polite dress, such as religious places.
