I may be a little bias but I really loved this movie lol. I really relate to this movie because this is very similar to my story in racing too lol! I started sim racing 3 years ago and a couple months ago I’ve gotten a chance to prove myself in real life racing. Stories like this and my story have become super prominent nowadays especially in the Motorsports community. Super cool to see this be adapted to the big screen!
To me it was a perfect racing movie I went with my dad because we both play Gran Turismo and bonded over it so when we watched it the suspense was crazy because it was like we been in that situation in online races about the crashes and tracks the first track they showed during the training i was like “i know that track i‘ve beaten my lap time” to me it was the best video game movie

I loved it! Sure you get typical underdog tropes but who doesn't love a good underdog story? It kept me drawn in and rooting for the main character throughout. Our whole theater was clapping and cheering for this kid and even crying tears at things he faces. To me, this was one of the better trips I've had to the theater all year.
I saw this movie even before Chris did. Personally I am not a huge race car fan but this movie was enjoyable and I had a fun time with it. The theatre was packed. I love the advanced screenings. The one thing about what I see in advance is that it is a mystery going in. I like speculation about what movie is gonna come on
I watched it like two days ago and it was not bad putting a video game into an actual movie i really liked nearly everything about it it’s quite good definitely worth watching if your both a driving/gaming fan or a gran turismo fan
The movie was much better than I expected and I was really surprised seeing that the main character grew up in Cardiff where I am from and his father played soccer for Cardiff City so after the movie I had to go searching the real story and it's great. The blue birds sticker he puts on his helmet in honor of his father was a really touching moment 👌

David Harbour was easily my favourite part of the movie.
Has anyone ever played Split Second? It's probably my favorite racing game ever and I think really underrated. It came out years ago for Xbox 360. It was like Burnout Revenge but on a whole other level with blowing up the actual environment, you're racing in. It's probably the only racing game I ever owned😄😂

This movie is the best thing since sliced bread for us car guys and sim racers. Saw it in 4DX and thought was way more intense and at the edge of my seat (literally) than Top Gun.
I've never played Gran Turismo since I only own an Xbox and tend to prefer arcade racing games with cop chases like Need for Speed, Driver San Francisco, and Midnight Club, but that didn't stop me from enjoying a good car movie👍

Yo, the Burnout Revenge soundtrack lives in my mind rent free. I actually have a whole Playlist with the music from the game. I'd pay big bucks for a Burnout movie.
thought story was great, car scenes were great & loved how they tied in the video game aspect, but a lot of things werent explained enough. pacing wasnt right. 7/10 for me!
I think it is a IP ruining cus the game itself is based on Authentic-drive simulation and the movie should centering 【How they make connection to his killer car】 It was too heavily weighted over【Real racer can't not accept failure 】Yet they still managed to give the protagonist two time pass they other failed once and got called OUT Huh?

As a big sim racer I loved this movie. It definitely has some racing move cliches but I still enjoyed it.
I’m looking forward to watch this although I wish we could’ve gotten a sequel to Need for speed 2015
