Thank you sooo much. I could only remember the right hand, and in an hour I got it all. Not perfect but I can play. 😍 Any chance you can do another video with what follows?
Great tutorial and very instructive, along with the proper fingering...I've studied the complete piece some time ago but I must admit that I'm still struggling a bit with the coda...
This is by far the best online piano tutorial channel. I get benefited a lot from watching it. Thanks and looking forward to more videos teaching these beautiful songs.
Thanks so much to taking time to provide this tutorial - you are a very good piano tutor with your fun , positive attitude. Keep up with your good luck! Can’t thank enough.
Can you pleeeeeeeease do the whole song?🥺 Edit: tysm this is so helpful. I can do all the parts except I’m still working on the part where the key changes from A minor to A major😉Thank you!
Did you really say at the end that you were going to play it at a “nice slow tempo?” Seriously, I started working on this this morning. At my level, I think that it could take me a few months to learn it, but I love Mozart and this will be the first one of his that I learn. This morning I was able to play the right hand first nine measures. It’s when I have to put my hands together that it will slow to a crawl.
I’m curious if there is a video tutorial on the site for the remainder of the song. This was an amazing tutorial- I’d love to pick a part loads of complete songs like this.
I have some experience in costuming and set design. My appreciations: * your soft sweater/jumper is cuddly and approachable. The 'V' is inviting and motherly, an asset for any female teacher. * your faded jeans are friendly and informal, another invitation for regular folks to participate. . Camera: I appreciate your multiple angles during your 'face' time. I think the quick cuts maintains the energy... while sharing your enthusiasm for the number. . I enjoy the sweeps as you focus on a single camera, a way for the viewer to explore your presence without seeming to intrude or dominate. . I think your entire 'package' is enormously entertaining, bringing the viewer into an intimacy during a potentially overwhelming experience. [applause]
I am so glad you taught me to use 1,2 and 4 on that ornament. The fingering on my sheet music says 3,4 and 5 so it sounded like a seal was playing it with a flipper.
It's a piece that's quite easy to learn or memorise at a slow pace but not one that's easy to play. You need to be quite experience to play this piece as it is technical ..
So in bar 8 the first F played (2nd quaver of the bar) is an F#, so this means that any other F in that particular bar is # :-), unless theres a natural sign written, which there isn't in this case. I hope that helps!
Like this tutorial as it is so much easy to follow. Just one question on the "white keys" octaves, is the lower part of the key (close to edges) the best place to land the thumb & pinky?
Great lesson. But it is really hard to go slightly back for forward to a specific time slot without being interrupted by ads. Sometimes I just need to go back a few seconds to repeat the lesson but can’t. Please consider thanks.
I just learned that a trill is supposed to start with the main note if the piece is from the classical era and with the upper note if the piece is from the baroque era. Turkish March is from the classical era.
Thank 👍 Once upon a time I had an acoustic piano. I sold it because I didn't like the sound of it. I didn't get a new one after that. Now I'm looking at it with longing. But it voice was really bad. There was always a knocker and the sound of a tree. In the future, I will buy an electronic piano.
Learnt this from the preset on my son’s $50 Casio light up keyboard! I feel like a pro now. Lol 😂 Can you do Rachmaninoff Prelude in G minor Op.23 No.5…you explain so well and feeling ambitious here for someone with tiny hands!! Hahaha
Was looking up your website since I was interested in signing up. However, the fact that you have to pay separately for different courses is quite disappointing and disturbing. If you have a membership then it’s fair to say that it should cover all the courses! Also, it’s not clear which course is for beginners!
you do not have to pay seperately :) when you have a membership you have access to EVERYTHING.... if you wanted you could just get a pack and keep it for life if you didnt want access to the whole of our lesson services :) hopefully that clarifies a bit
I’ve been a lifetime member for years. It’s the best teaching value for money I’ve found especially when you combine it with all of the free TH-cam lessons they continually offer.
You don't need to read notes fast, I play like 5 years the piano and I still don't read so fast, it doesn't so matter. By learning more and more songs you will gain your speed reading over time don't worry =) Hope I helped =)
Bars 2 and 4 have quaver rests. They are not quarter notes. Bars 12&14 the top voice quarter note has to be sustained. Bars 21-22 is crescendo to forte not sforzando. The appregios in the left hand for the b theme should sound less of a chord.
Mozart was such a musical magician. Appreciate you guys for sharing these gifts with the world. 31-42-31-42 is a tricky move!
I learned fur Elise and Turkish March thanks to these tutorials please do more of these🙏 thank you so much
She takes the fear and intimidation out of Mozart and makes it feel so doable. Thank you!
This is such an amazingly well taught lesson. You are great at what you do.

Why not? I'm a co plete beginner who only plays by ear, I'm memorizing it because I can't read music and I'm learning it.
You're an amazing teacher! Very well executed
Thx, exactly what I was looking for: a demonstration of the finger positions in bars 10-18. Perfect!
She is really the best online teacher and always with the smile.
By the way, does someone know if this is a digital piano ?
Yes, It Is.
Yes! I’ve been wanting to learn this! Happy birthday to me!
Happy birthday to you!!
As a Turk I was excited when i saw this
@Cem,
As an Oregonian, I applaud your excitement!

Can you make a tutorial on the full version of the song?
Learning this song feels like a video game.

Wowza! I like this one a lot. I’m kind of scared to tackle this one. Thank you Lisa! 🙌❤️🎵🎹

I cannot wait to play this!!
HAVE FUN!
Thank you
Amazing tutorial thanks
left hand + right hand slow: 3:40
Just starting to learn this
Question: I hope my lingo is right. In bar 8 how would I know (other than watching) the sharp applies to both notes F and D?
So in bar 8 the first F played (2nd quaver of the bar) is an F#, so this means that any other F in that particular bar is # :-), unless theres a natural sign written, which there isn't in this case. I hope that helps!
Awesome! I love it. Thanks.
Glad you like it!
This is brilliant. Is there a way we can get the next sections?
I'd appreciate if it can be available too.
Compliments of the season.
Any chance you upload the 2nd part?

I just learned that a trill is supposed to start with the main note if the piece is from the classical era and with the upper note if the piece is from the baroque era. Turkish March is from the classical era.
Muchas gracias .
Can you please do "Heaven" from the movie "Miracles from heaven" Beautiful melodi!
For bars 10-18 in the right hand, is there a reason we can't hop the thirds with fingers 1 and 3 for all of them?
Thank 👍

Thank you ! My Question: is it necessary to play by fingers number?
I am 11 and I could play the whole piece easily 😊
I’m 12 and I can’t yet😭
Learnt this from the preset on my son’s $50 Casio light up keyboard! I feel like a pro now. Lol 😂 Can you do Rachmaninoff Prelude in G minor Op.23 No.5…you explain so well and feeling ambitious here for someone with tiny hands!! Hahaha

There are no free lunches. I didn’t see the words Benevolent Society after Piano Note. Don’t you expect to be paid for your work. GROW UP!
I love Pianote. Lisa gives wonderful instruction and she is delightful!

Pianote is the best. I’ve only been able to learn how to play piano because of them.

Can you add a link to the Turkish march sheet music
Please teach me how to play the piano
do I need to be able to fluently read sheet music in order to be a good pleyer? I mean I know how to but I'm beyond slow
You don't need to read notes fast, I play like 5 years the piano and I still don't read so fast, it doesn't so matter. By learning more and more songs you will gain your speed reading over time don't worry =)

Do a moonlight sonata 3rd movement😊
Is it two times G# at the begining or 1x as the pdf file says?
The "#" is always for the whole bar, as long as theres no "♮". She plays it as the pdf says.
Super
