Kohler 7000 Complete Charging System Failure!!!

SORRY SORRY SORRY my language, I get tired of working on this motor all the time and just want to mow the yard and general maintenance of it, instead I have to engineer and fab stuff that should "never" go wrong. 6yrs of charging system NOT working! After replacing some wiring and moving the charge controller, it did charge for a few months, enough time for the magnets to come unglued off of the flywheel and stop all of the charging system!!! I am going to go to a car altenator in the 40-60 amp range, set up 1 wire, self exciting unit. That way the altenator is a charging system that's simple and charge the battery. I show proof that my idea of moving the charge controller to a cooler area works! The guy to watch about the magnets coming off the flywheel is "Taryl fixes all" • Repair Broken Kohler F... he shows what all is involved in fixing the "magnet problem." Now I will have to fab up and make a mounting system and adjusting system. But first things first I don't have the altenator yet, still researching, I like the Kubota but I need it set up as self exciting and 1 wire. Or I can find a Delco 10-SI and put a rebuild kit in it for $14.00 and have it already set up 1 wire and self exciting, and thats how I want the set up to be. You people need to QUIT being so proud of a company that makes crap like this. This company isn't JEEBUS! YOU recieve no compensation in giving them unfound praise and glory!!!! I have no proof but "they" changed things after I showed "it" on MY VIDEOS! 6yrs without a charging system.
