Wow Bumbi I'm 83 years old and have never seen a recipe of this nature. Looks so much like paneer. Thumbs 👍 up sweetheart. Luckily our dear Mr potato had some strategic place or else it cannot be our Sweet Bumbis recipe. I'm the greatest fan of potato in any shape or form. Very unwell in and out of hospital so no cooking is going on in my territory. But still patiently wait for ur mouth watering recipes. I don't know if I would go back into the kitchen but it doesn't stop me from salivating. Keep inspiring people around the world. I'm from South Africa
I am so sorry that you are not keeping well. Hope you get well soon. Thanks for watching my videos in spite of your circumstances. May God keep you well 🙏🏾

@@marienaidoo1782 im so sorry to hear your unwell. Cooking is very therapeutic even if its getting your fingers all black from pricking walnuts with a fork to preserve them. Sitting in front on tv. Woah, another recipe within a recipe. Bumbi is a genius. She brings so much joy to the world with delicious recipes and delightful ~spice time~ in each video. Bumbi, they resemble jello pieces. The way they tremble in the gravy, its delightful. A question came to my mind: Will it be a great idea to steam panner / panela cheese? How will it look and taste? Thanks for sharing this brilliant idea of steaming egg.
Oh wow I can’t wait to try this one! Going to make it nice and spicy I’ve been looking for something to use all my eggs with, our chickens have been insanely productive lately and I have like 40 eggs in the fridge 😂 how do you know the perfect recipe to post every time ❤
@@CurriesWithBumbi thank you dear😍..yes, it's my baby😍..baby's name is mahalashmi..she is called lechu at home..she will be 2 years old on 8th january..i am the only one to handle the baby..husband goes to work..so i don't get time to do housework..and watching videos on youtube No🥴.. This is a great recipe for those of us who keep hens and always have plenty of eggs. Could you please mention which part of India, or the World, some of these dishes originate from? All I know is that there are many different types of curries and some are regional.
Should we take the eggs out of the fridge in advance and let them come to room temperature? Does it matter if they are cold straight out of the fridge?
Wow Bumbi

Better taking them out about 15 mins before steaming
