I just got some kamut berries. Only got 5 pounds this time. So when it’s in my budget to get a larger quantity I’ll try making a big batch of these! They look sooooo yummy! Kamut added to my bread dough is wonderful! Your videos make my mouth water, Felicia! Thanks for being you and sharing such wonderful recipes and godly wisdom! God bless you! ❤
I’m so thankful I found your channel! I’m extremely gluten intolerant but I can tolerate einkorn and khorasan wheat but I’m not yet familiar with khorasan.
Made these today!!!! Amazing rolls which everyone loved!!!! I messed up making them and put all the flour, oil & sweetener at the same time and then added the salt after the proofing and they still came out amazing! Used Instant Yeast….. my new “summer” bread!! Dough was very wet but worked great. Thanks for sharing!!!
I’m just getting started using fresh milled flour. I’ve ordered my mill and wheat berries and am binge watching your videos! I have not seen a video yet on how to store the berries on the counter. I see you have yours in a clear jar. How long can they stay in there and what about the light? 🤔

Can you make these ahead of time and refrigerate?
I would freeze! Then thaw and even stick in the oven til they’re warm and they’ll taste pretty fresh
