Reverse Flash had the best plan in Season five, his plan was so mind blowing that you would think the plot was copied off from somewhere.

I watch Emergency Awesome, so I knew the plan early in the season, but it was still well-written.
There is no way nobody predicted thawnes EXACT plan until ATLEAST 1 episode before it was revealed. And even then, there’s no way someone guessed every single detail. Thawnes planned this since the moment Barry and Nora saw him in the time vault (specifically when they go back in time to get thawne to fix the device).
He planned it for 15 years just like his first one. And it started just by him knowing Nora’s name. From then he knew what to do. It’s mind blowing really how much time he spent thinking about it, even more mind blowing that most of the plan he was in prison.
Him: Merlin plan was 5 years in the making
Me: thawnes was 15 years
It wasn't that great of a plan, and he failed in the end

I have a theory that the reason Nora was erased from existence is because Iris will die. I have a theory that Reverse Flash will become a main villain again, and kill Iris, and this happened because Thawne was freed, so Nora died. This way Nora will never be born.

It was first killing the two but then the Legends come to try and stop him and he thinks that he has to make the 3 meteors explode together and destroy everything from 1958 and go to 1700 AB i think it was with Kendra

You got Neron's plan wrong. It's actually a bit of comentary about how we sign without reading: his plan was to use the creatures to cause fear so people would download his app which stated in the terms of use that the user gives his/her soul away to Neron. It was actually a good plan.

I think thawne had the best plan because it was so elaborate and his plan comes full circle to release him from prison. Thawnes time travel made a breach to Zooms earth, then Zoom killed Barry’s dad giving Savitar a chance to get out of his prison and put Barry in the speed force giving Devoe to hatch his plan to enlighten, which at the end Barry had to destroy sally (the star labs satellite) and a shard hits Cicada (because Thawne sends Nora back to 2018) and gives thawne his chance to escape prison. Definitely most elaborate and just better than any other villains plan.

If you think about it, Thawne's plan was to make Flashpoint early
DUDE FUTRE REVERSE FLASH IS BADASS. I fw his makeup and the fact that he can easily manipulate time makes him so powerful. His judgement isn’t blinded by emotion which makes him much more threatening when his motivation is to kill your mother. He’s not emotionless which really helps him build character and identity. He’s a funny guy so idk why Barry is so mad at him for killing his mother 🤷🏾♂️

@@kevin_8977 not really... he was motivated to kill Oliver basically because he was drugged. He wasnt motivated. The Mirakuru motivated him. If anything he had one of the worst motivations. Im not saying hes bad but the motivation was the worst thing about him.
I think either DeVoe or the Reverse-Flash is number one. DeVoe calculated every possible outcome and the Reverse-Flash made the Flash and taught him everything he needed to know to get him home.
Merlyn successed partially in destroying the Glades. Oliver's bunker was in the Glades but wasn't destroyed.
One of the two machines were shut down.

This proves how good of a character RF is, all of his master plans made it to the top, whether he is in Legends or on the Flash he is always a legit threat as a villain, and his plans almost everytime succeeds
wells thawne from season 5 have to be nr.1 i know technicly he is a secondary villian but he is in my opinion the main villian because he was the real villian during the whole season

I think the reason he puts Prometheus at n.1 or n.2 constantly due to his emotional state. He had lower standards after S.4, so he was blindsided, and fell in love. There is an additional bias

When you see what happens with Prometheus killing himself and blowing up Lian Yu, you realise he actually failed in his plan to get Oliver to kill him, even though Oliver didn’t want to.
His plan was to get Oliver to kill him, blowing up Lian Yu, and killing his friends. But as Oliver didn’t he did it himself, meaning he failed to get Oliver to do it and failed.
What’s genius is Oliver lost whether he killed Prometheus or not, but Prometheus only really one in the scenario when Oliver killed him. But what makes hat even better is that he still one as he killed one of Oliver’s loved ones.
It’s complex but genius, showing that even if Prometheus fails, he can still succeed
Prometheus would rather die than have Oliver win.
But it didn't work in the end. Malcolm's plan was not only genius but it worked.
Non’s original master plan was to take control of all humans to make them work together to save Earth and avoid Krypton’s fate.
but that fails so he just decides to kill them all.

What I don't think you're considering with why it was easy for Diaz is after 5 years of terrorist attacks and serial killings in Star City, the police department and most city officials had come to think that the city's dead, let's look out for ourselves. And I liked that it was shown with one officer even saying it's a new city, we have to survive.
i can picture dr fate in legends of tomorrow telling constantine that the crisis is coming and then he vanish and he appear again to warn the legends that black adam is the mastermind with the help of astra and manny to bring dark magic in all of time

I feel you missed a big part of Neron’s plan, he was going to use the fear to power him yes, but another part of his plan is trying to release people or things from Hell and become Hell’s new ruler. That’s pretty much all.

Why not put the Reverse Flash’s plan in season 5? He’s technically the real main villain and planned it out in great detail: send Nora back to alter the timeline, so that another man becomes Cicada, help Nora enough to get Cicada to agree to take the anti-meta drug, which causes Cicada II to come back from the future, allowing Team Flash to stop her and destroy the dagger, which is the only thing keeping him depowered. The plan succeeds a split second before his execution.
I honesty wouldn’t put it past him to go back afterwards and plant the seeds of his own plan, like giving the V9 formula to Godspeed.
i think Malcolm Merlyn's plan was the best because while others were successful that's with nothing going wrong, with Merlyn's if something goes wrong he's the only one (that i can think of) with a back plan in place. the others maid up there back up, with the expectation of Prometheus who's back up was kill self and that didn't work. also Ricardo Diaz's plan of making everyone turn against the arrow was great and it worked the team broke-up and Oliver went to prison getting his identity revealed to the world.
Hey I have a potential video idea for you you should look in to the importance of the number 4587 in the arrow verse not only does it appear multiple time in arrow it also does in all of the all arrow verse from legends to arrow countless times and it is what I can only assume is a hint at something big maybe. Also no one has covered this topic

Damian Darhk should've been at the bottom of this list. He was one of 2 villains that ruined arrow... the other being Felicity Smoak.
The best villains in my opinion is Lex luthor,Prometheus,Dark Archer,Mallus,Reverse Flash,Neron wasn't bad but the only thing that bought him down was the way the legends/Constantine defeated him,his design also,and the stupid boring magical creatures

For savitar I’m pretty sure spreading himself throughout time was already part of his plan but came with benefits as well. As for not killing Iris after I don’t really know why he didn’t do that except maybe the timeline was already catching up to him and if he did kill Iris it wouldn’t change anything but I don’t really think that is why.
Killing iris after he failed the first time wouldn’t change anything so that’s why Savitar didn’t do it
Savage wanted to blow up the meteorite in three points of history at the same time (whatever that means) in order to “roll back” all of history to ancient Egypt

4.Deathstroke (the stakes were higher, development between him and Oliver’s rivalry and backstory)
3.Reverse Flash (s5) (he had been planning this for years, he played Team Flash for months and no-one knew until the end)
2.Prometheus (he actually won, his endgame was his best moment, Josh Segarra was awesome and plan was genius)
1.Lex Luthor (by far the most smartest plan ever, it had been set up well without things feeling rushed and Lex Luthor was just amazing)
Have you done an“All arrowverse heroes ranked”? If you haven’t, you can do that, if you have (which I’m unsure of), completely ignore this comment.
All I gotta say is that Rhea's plan to build a new Daxom on Earth does make total sense in connection with her trying to convince her son to go with her being her motivation. She wants her son to come with her to start a new planet for their people, but he refuses, so she decides "well, fine, if you won't come make a new Daxom, I'll bring the new Daxom to you and give you no choice." It does not come out of no where. Not saying it is the best or most original plan, but it's definitely not just something that came from nothing, it makes completely sense and fits with the characters motivations perfectly.

The Savitar plan is not that confusing. I’ll just explain it here: So Savitar is from the future; he is created when future Barry tries to create time remnants of himself to stop savitar. The future savitar kills all but one remnant that will eventually become him and he is banished to the speed force. The time remnant becomes savitar and goes back in time to create the lie that he is the first speedster; his life is basically one giant time loop. But when H.R. Wells saved Iris, it destroyed the entire future where Savitar would be created and he would eventually fade away. But to counteract this result, he decided to split himself through the timeline to make him apart of the past, present, and future. It would effectively make him a god and keep the time changes from catching up with him. That was why he didn’t try to kill Iris again, because either way he would’ve faded away because of the change in her fate.

that Zoom plan didn't come out of know where he wanted to be The Fastest man Alive from the begining and the simplest way is to Destroy all Speedster's with all the earth except earth 1 then he would just kill Barry and he would be The Fastest Man Alive
Loads of Flash & Batwoman villians past this lists publication list would definitely prop up Damian Darck or Savitor. Tobias Whale & Painkiller are a great villians but deserve better masterplans.
