Thankyou, I have been neglecting my muffin top for quite a while. Whilst I know you cannot spot reduce I do believe you need to add in little workouts for those specific areas as well . This is perfect for me to add in. In your opinion how many time per weeks it this a good one to add in?
Yes it's always good to do a combination of cardio workouts, strength trainings, and spot reducing workouts. I would recommend doing this 3-4x per week.

I usually do two or three 10 minute workouts plus a five minute cool down since I also can’t fit in a large session xx
