    Doing it for 2 weeks
    Day1:✅ it was sooo exhausting i didn’t really feel burn but we’ll see
    Day2:✅ it was great
    Day3:✅ it was breathtaking i actually feel burn. Keep going
    Day4:✅real good. Keep going
    Day5:✅ perfect don’t give up
    Day6:✅ excellent Alr seeming like results
    Day7:✅very good it just I’m a lil bloated
    Day8:✅ everything is great. Time went so fast didn’t even realize
    Day9:✅ result are actually visible

    For all of you that don't even try this video because of there being no music to it, put on your own and turn the volume to the video really low, once you get the hang of the exercises. That's what I do. This video is more than worth a go at it! And it's super simple 😊

    Love your videos and like that most of them are standing only. Even though I'm 30+ years past giving birth, these exercises are relevant to me. One comment on this video, I wish your countdown beeps were audible for all the transitions. I have done this video many times and if I'm not looking up I miss the transition on the pendulum and end up doing it on 1 leg only. If you aren't watching the video it's easy to miss a transition to another move when there's no beep to warn you. I enjoy your workouts! I do 4 of them in a row that target different areas and get in a great 40 minute workout! Thank you Sally!

    I have always been in good shape ~ then around age 50 I noticed my body changing. Being 5 "2 & weighing 106 pound's doesn't indicate a healthy body. I began to see skin on my lower arms flapping. My tummy was becoming lose . I began to consider surgery as I'm very " body conscious. Then I decided to follow Sally ~ after doing many of her workouts I don't need surgery. I needed to work the muscles that mother nature was attacking. I'm in way better shape & can attest that if you push yourself & do daily workouts with Sally you can improve your body .

    Love it! Being doing it every day 😊 my body type is slim, exercising 40 days after 2 baby delivery, and after a day i can already see reduced tummy, i combine it with other 10 minute exercises, 1 hour total

    I really enjoyed the music choice and also this way of exercise was perfect for me. I felt it work and it wasn’t too much I have a disc disease by the Grace of the Holy Spirit that entered my body I don’t feel that horrifying pain that disrupted my every day life ! Thank you !     just have to share, I am hoping this inspires others struggling. I have PCOS and I remember how I felt when the doctor told me it would be difficult for me to concieve naturally, now I have 4 children, God blessed me with the use of herbs.

    This is rhe second of your workouts I have tried. I like them very much! Standing is good, you can do them everywhere. No jumping is very good for my hurt tendon. Nothing "brutal", very flowy and though effective. Even a bit cardio...great!

    Trying doing this until new year.
    Day 1: it was nice and a easy workout!! ✅
    Day 2 i am so sore from yesterday but still doing it!!✅
    Day 3: didnt do it😅👎
    Day 4: so much motivation😍✅
    Day 5: so sore but i still completed it!🫨✅😮‍💨
    Day 6: i am so happy for this workout, my body is more energized and happy! 😍✅

    deffo loved this workout, im in another country so im going to alot of places. so a standing workout is great since you can do it almost everywhere you want and the workout was quite fun to do, easy and doesnt hurt as much as most workouts do, thank you!!❤

    I’m planning on doing this and the 10 min slim arms and back workout everyday for fourteen days as well as sticking to a healthier diet, but no restricting and we’ll see how it goes. Right now I’m at 170lbs and I’ll weigh myself after every week and I’ll take my measurements
    Day 1: ✅ I’m not in the best shape so I had to take a few mini breaks 😭 but I got through it 🙏

    First day trying this workout and so far so good. The only thing I would suggest is cutting out profane music because sometimes our children are in the room OR we might not be comfortable with it ourselves. Otherwise, enjoying the video. Thank you so much!!! 💓

    Felt this more in the hip flexors than the lower abs.

      Here’s one thing I recommend: the lower abs are engaged whenever you bring your lower half all the way up to your torso. Go slow and make each rep count while focusing on really bringing your lower half up and not just your legs. Imagine you are trying to get your belly button to touch your nose. Again, make sure to go slow so you can really feel your lower abs contract. You might have to start with some exercises lying down as well as strengthening your hips through mobility and weight training, but regardless what I said should get you to at least benefit from working your lower abs. I hope this helps as I struggled with the same exact problem

    Don't you worry about the 🎵 there are some of us that like the rhythm to pump it up!!!😂😂😂😂life it's too short especially after the 2020!!!! One of this day we all will disapear all of a sudden so let us go with rhythm!!!! Thanks for your effort and sharing!!!     So I did this workout and felt no soreness in my abs the next day but my calf muscles were killing me! Not sure this is an ab workout as much as some aerobics.

    Hello, tried the workout yesterday and loved it, BUT by late afternoon my lower back was in extreme pain. I must have strained my lower back. Any suggestions as to how to avoid this?

      Please make sure that you warmup before the workout and stretch after. There is a 5 min warm and a 5 min stretching sequence on my channel. All the best!
