    The 1989 Letterman appearance details how Gilda R & writers thought of & developed the ELitella character --- they made a song-D phone call to a 90-ur old woman, living just South of Montreal, CA during the Letterman Interview w/Gilda Radner --- great episode. Fascinating,.

    I love it when Jane would correct Emily,and without hesitation,Emily would say ''nevermind,bitch''.
    I was around 13 or 14 when season 2 got underway.
    That is when SNL really got to be cutting edge.

    Been missing Gilda Radner since she died. She was, and still is, an amazing contributor to humankind ❤. Especially women!!

      A lot of the things the guys did seem dated now, but the stuff from the girls, especially Gilda, is as funny or funnier than ever.

    With housing prices and cost of living going up and up, and people’s net incomes going down due to all of there recessions, the only homes that most people can afford nowadays are teeny tiny itty bitty little...

    You may not believe in Dark Magic, but his is a perfect example of it. She repeats it over and over slowly a phrase that to you is nonsense but to a witch makes perfect sense.

    The current cast should take a long while to study these original SNL shows, with the "Not Ready for Primetime Players", to discover what it means to be funny. This show tanked after the original cast left.
