- As long as we're doing these fun restaurant/bar tours featuring the many cities we've been visiting, it only makes sense that we make an episode for one of our home towns: Coronado, California!
This island is so small that we rarely drive (or even have a car) while we're there. That means we can't go very far from home when we dine out-which we do every day! We’re the Lockwoods: a family with 3 kids, 5 careers, and endless passion for adventure. Two years ago, we decided it was time for Phil's ad agency to abandon the in-person, 5-day workweek. So they 86’d the office and work hours, allowing our own family to start traveling almost constantly. We now work, school, and explore in a different place every week-from our own mountain and beach homes to exotic villas, resorts, and yachts around the world. Rosemary's has a kickass HH and probably the best Italian food on the island
Very true! We love Rosemary’s and wanted to mention them for “best bang for your buck.” But it became too challenging to fit everything in.
Yes! We totally recorded them into the footage but it just didn't make the final edit. Rosemary is a great island gem.

Parks place, chipotle and Miguel’s is the only places I’ve been visited and I’ve been stationed here for 2 years.
We’re actually doing another video in Coronado that’ll be available next Friday. We do a walking food tour and we definitely hit parks place for sandwiches. I hope you catch that one.

Great video guys! Why did we ever leave lol visiting soon. Agree on Crown Bistro and Stake’s Happy Hour! They used to have music on Wednesday nights on the roof.
We shot that video on a Wednesday hoping the live music was back. We actually caught the last live music Wednesday happy hour before everything shut down because of the pandemic. Hopefully it’ll be back soon 🤞

Yes, we are a family of five. You might not see our oldest in some of our other recent videos but she’s with us in this video. We filmed a lot of these restaurants while the kids were playing with friends but we’re all together when we go to Stake.
Is there anywhere to rent a golf cart in coronado
You could try Coronado Golf Cart rentals. If you’re looking to rent bikes, I’d recommend Hollands bicycles.
