As an African raised in a colonised Southern Africa it was inevitable my music
would be influenced by both the native and colonial sounds. Today this combination is my superpower. This is why I believe my music empowers and transcends invisible boundaries. I would best describe my music as world-soul music; a fusion of vocal harmony and afro rhythm strongly under-pined with melody and compelling story-telling.
