- As the mystery surrounding Jennifer Dulos’ disappearance continues, the home she once shared with her estranged husband in Farmington remains up for sale.
Tough shit for the realtors., the case is affected the sale of the house., too freakin bad! what about Jennifer, is she buried in that yard or house. That house doesn’t deserve to be sold until she is found.

The homes owned by Jennifer and Fotis Dulos. Were Auctioned, The Money goes to her Children. As it should be.
Beautiful home and location. Its hard to sell a house that expensive because not many people have that kind of money and if they did they would not probably not choose hartford area.
I am a real estate paralegal in CT and can tell you, yes people have that kind of money here. And the house is in Hartford County, not the City of Hartford.

I’m not a Realtor but I am from that area. Regardless of the absorption rate of 4 million in Hartford county or Farmington, anyone from there knows that house was waaaay over built for the Non view side of Deercliff Rd and another indication was that house was I. The market for 5 years.

Well his new home is jail or prison and he knows he did it he knows where she is and his girlfriend helped him do it. This house should be just for his kids not other people
Nobody wants to buy a murderer's house. Especially for multi-millions.
This house sale could go either way! I do feel the property should be checked throughly first for Jennifer.
He doesn’t seem to mind. And I don’t think people are really wanting the house, I think it more just rubber knickers. I think all the money should go to the kids anyway. And you would think that is what the father(killer) would want.
One month it took him to speak out and say he loved his children., that money wouldn’t go to his kids if it were his choice.
Not one peep out of him to say he loved his children or to say he didn’t do it.

Linda Huckabee I think if she was kidnapped Fotis would probably not have been driving all over Hartford dropping garbage bags full of bloody items in bins (30 I believe). Kidnapping isn’t a viable theory.

Now her hubby killed himself in that home. Big pretty home but well no escape of his abusive behavior.she was killed in New Cannann.
4.35 million wow yeh its beautiful but that like lottery money to pay for that scary. Now there are wellknown houses cause of this case maybe hard to sell they still looking for her remains.
