ooohhh. My God!! We have sold this palazzo to the current owners but we could never ever image how beautiful it could become....They did a wonderful work in just two years!!!
Right? They did so much work and it looks amazing. I remember when you listed it. I contacted you to view it but it was already sold. You have the best listings.
BRAVO!!!👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 I can feel the love of Martin and Sylvia (She's a winner, absolute genius artist) given to this fabled property. Are qualified contractors available for a rare property like this, and are they fair in the cost?
Couldn't agree more! Thank you. Really good contractors are in high demand just like in America. That's why I would stay away from something that needs a lot of work. Luckily Martin can do a lot of the work himself.
Wow! The work done so far is Beautiful!😍 I love all the stone and those paintings, especially love the 🍃 on those pillars! I would book a room if it's made into a bnb! I can just imagine how great that speak easy would be too... Thanks for the tour and I will follow his channel also.
Thanks so much! 😊 They really have put their heart and souls into bringing this Grand Palazzo back to life. They are hoping to open next spring. Stay tuned.
Absolutely stunning… The history is amazing. So happy they shared it with you and with all of us! My question for your Q&A would be , how did you manage an Italian drivers license? Thanks in advance.
Would they open this palazzo up to a hotel when all is completed? I can’t image the patience they have to have sourced all the products used and to do all the immense work involved. So beautiful and excellently done. And further to a previously posted question, is there a car rental company in Vinchiaturo or a dedicated person in town who runs a car service to and from Rome airport for visitors (or even the locals for that matter)?
Yes, their goal is to open by Spring next year. I am also looking for a place for you to rent. Another friend has a AMAZING charming apartment in an old convent that they might be renting out soon. I will keep you posted. Yes, the local car service guy is fantastic. He goes to Rome airport and all over. We have used him for our guests and the service is stellar.
That is really beautiful and inspiring
Thank you so much.
Truly spectacular!
Thank you so much. They have worked so hard on fixing it up.

Ten out of ten for the front door, it gets better and better inside. Bravo!🦘
Thank you so much. I can't wait to see what they do with the upstairs. The kitchen still has the original wood burning stove and ovens.
Bellissimo! Benvenuti in Italia!
Grazie!

Good question! I have a lot to tell you about that.
The grape stomping room might make a nice jacuzzi? The water canal room might make a great steam room?
OMG,,, that is brilliant!!!!! I wish I had thought of those. Great ideas!!! That would be perfect. I will let them know. Thanks so much.
Luckily your americans pov count nothing and is ridiculed here in italy....culture is another thing

Wow! How much did they pay for a beautiful building like this? They have a done an amazing job ❤
I don't know what they paid but it was listed for 150,000 euros when I saw it posted. They truly have done a amazing job. Thanks for watching.

You know that I want to know the history, right? 😀
I know, me too. I've asked them for a little bio on the place.
