I now use the maysama green rooibos serum before RLT so that adds 20 min, but based on the studies, I feel it is worth it. I recently had to turn off the near-infrared on my red light panel Because I was noting an increase in my hyperpigmentation. That's the reason I don't use radio frequency. And I think of all the modalities that's the one I miss the most. But I fear the heat generated.

You should never numb for an acid peel. The numbing cream will affect the acids ability to penetrate. I have a video here on acids and where to find TCA. I used to own Dermawand, it looked very similar to the product you referred as high frequency, but Dermawand is radio frequency. Two brands interests me, as I wasn’t aware what they are. Tripolar, is something I’ll look into and save up for if I buy it. Nira is a home device that works like fraxel? I ordered red light/infrared therapy and waiting to receive that in the mail. I’m excited for that.
If dermawand is claiming it’s RF then it’s not HF. Radio frequency used radio waves to heat skin. Not the same as HF which is simply an electric current that stimulates your skin. HF works at the higher levels of skin and RF works deeper to build collagen

You listed many different things you want to treat. I can’t give you advice for your skin, but my website has a ton of information for you on how I changed my skin over the years. Naturalkaos c o m
Cellulite is really cobfronyed by dropping body fat. RF can try to smooth it out but nothing works like lower fat percentage. I realize this is frustrating but it’s what I’ve seen personally. You can try to break up the fascia bands that constrict fat into the cellulite bumps but again that is a lot of constant work. I’m not trying to be hopeless only realistic so you don’t blow money on things that don’t work 😘😘😘

What studies are these reputable doctors citing or is it simply the idea that heat can melt fat and so all devices such as Radio Frequency and non-ablative lasers these doctors consider to melt fat? I think you need to be careful when you make these statements because without clarification it can look misleading. Hopefully these doctors you talk to cab clarify their reasoning and cite it with actual studies not simply their opinion.

Love the amount of of information from your purchase that is great but from the medical point of view it takes years of schooling and a compulsive shopper is not ever the best adviser.
