I'm mad for old Lambrettas and I personally don't think there's been a scooter worth a shit was the Vespa T5 and that was a hell of a long time ago. But this scooter's fucking georgeous, absolurely beautiful.. When it comes to design, you cannot fuck with the italians, exquisite, end of story.
I actually thought you were about to slag it off lol. I've got a 2014 primavera. The 946 is a premium scooter, but lacks the storage of the primavera. Downside the primavera still has a rear drum brake.
Definitely the most stylish scooter, if not the most practical. Just a pity they never fitted it with anything larger than the 150cc motor. The Leader and larger Quasar motors share cases I think, so it's not because of a lack of space. One of these with a 300cc HPE engine would be quite tasty!
I love Vespa but R179k gets you a brand new Kawasaki z900! I know some of us like class and looks but that surely will get me further than this and I doubt a super bike will get any less looks 😂😮🎉
I've found people buy Vespas vecause they are fanboys, it has nothing to do with performance, handling , brakes etc. and all to do with the brand. Just like Harleys, bikes for people that know nothing about bikes
If you want a Vespa then you want a Vespa. Nothing can replace a Vespa. Sure they have some quirks. But people do live with them. Maybe they are not bothered by them. I don't like the new switch gear. But a Vespa GTS 300 is great to ride! I rode a Triumph 1200cc and a Vespa GTS 300 the same day and I honestly thought that I would be happy with either one! Just more money would be left in the bank is I chose the Vespa.
Open the throttle on my Yamaha Aerox 155 single and it surges forward. 14'' wheels, too. 110/140 sections front/rear standard; I have 120/150 front/rear. 25-litre underseat storage. I wouldn't have a Vespa thrown at me. And my Aerox is better-looking. Dreadful suspension, mind. Nick

Love my two Vespas!! A 1963 VNB and a 2033 Primavera.
Where did you get a bike from the future 😂
2023 Ha!!
We have the 150cc in the USA.
60 mph cruising speed on the flat.

Please stop playing music while you speak
Agreed.
I have one. 65 mph on flats
Form over function.? I'll give it a miss thanks !
What the heck did you expect?
He has no business reviewing the 946.
It is lovely but at 6 foot 2 a little cramped…
I’m 6’1 and ride around on a GTS just fine believe it or not
13hp from a 150cc is disappointing
