ఒక ఉద్యోగికి సరాసరి నెలకు 30,000 salary అయితే ,Govt.ఇచ్చే 10%+ జీతంలో 10% లెక్కన చూస్తే నెలకు 6,000 అవుతుంది. అతను 20 సం. పనిచేసిన 20×12×6,000=14,40,000 అవుతుంది. రిటైర్మెంట్ అయ్యాక 60% అంటే 8,64,000 వస్తుంది. మిగిలిన 5,76,000 లు Govt. ఇన్వెస్ట్ చేసిన నెలకు కనీసం 4-5 వేలు పెన్షన్ వస్తుంది. 8,64,000 కూడా బ్యాంకులో వేస్తే కనీసం 1% వడ్డీ చొప్పున 8,640 వస్తుంది. మొత్తం నెలకు 12-14 వేలు వస్తుంది. ఆ వయసులో ఎవరూ పట్టించుకోకపోయిన ఆ డబ్బులతో భార్యభర్తలు బ్రతకవచ్చు. (ప్రతి సంవత్సరం పెరిగే జీతముతో లెక్క వేస్తే రిటైర్మెంట్ వచ్చేసరికి వచ్చు మొత్తం ఇంకా ఎక్కువే ఉంటుంది).

Government employees are useless fellows since they are creating poverty & unemployment in society.government allocating huge funds to employees & their families instead of allocating to agriculture & industries. enjoying 25 to 30 years of service with peoples money without giving opportunities to others If died during the service their family member will get job by Karunya along with money That is worst policy. What’s their GDP contribution to the country (nothing), why the state government & central government gives so much priority to them since their vote sharing max 10 or 12 crores out of 120 crores of population.Please changes the system by reducing the service 15 to 20 years then every one gets opportunity with young blood and reduce the government budget. Minimum invstment of 5000 for 30yrs will give 2.4 Cr of fund atleast @11% returns. Which is 66000 pension for every month for 30yrs or 80000 pension every month pension for 25 yrs after retirement.
సార్ ఉన్న సమస్యను చెప్పారు. కాని సొల్యూషన్ చెప్పలేదు. పెన్షన్ పాత పద్ధతిన ఇస్తే జీతాలు ఖర్చు కంటే పెన్షన్ ల ఖర్చు ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది .అది అసలు సమస్య.ఈ ఖర్చు తగ్గాలంటే పెన్షన్ చివరి మూలవేతనంలో 50% బదులు 25% ఇవ్వాలి. అప్పుడు ఖర్చు 50% తగ్గుద్ధి..ఇప్పుడున్న పధ్ధతి సమ్మతం కాదు.పిల్లలు తల్లిదండ్రులను ముసలి తనంలో సరిగా చూడడం లేదు.వారికి పెన్షన్ లేకపోతే వారి పరిస్థితి అగమ్యగోచరం.

Government employees are useless fellows since they are creating poverty & unemployment in society.government allocating huge funds to employees & their families instead of allocating to agriculture & industries. enjoying 25 to 30 years of service with peoples money without giving opportunities to others If died during the service their family member will get job by Karunya along with money That is worst policy. సార్ ఉన్న సమస్యను చెప్పారు. కాని సొల్యూషన్ చెప్పలేదు. పెన్షన్ పాత పద్ధతిన ఇస్తే జీతాలు ఖర్చు కంటే పెన్షన్ ల ఖర్చు ఎక్కువ అవుతుంది .అది అసలు సమస్య.ఈ ఖర్చు తగ్గాలంటే పెన్షన్ చివరి మూలవేతనంలో 50% బదులు 25% ఇవ్వాలి. అప్పుడు ఖర్చు 50% తగ్గుద్ధి..ఇప్పుడున్న పధ్ధతి సమ్మతం కాదు.పిల్లలు తల్లిదండ్రులను ముసలి తనంలో సరిగా చూడడం లేదు.వారికి పెన్షన్ లేకపోతే వారి పరిస్థితి అగమ్యగోచరం.
కరెక్ట్. 25% ఇస్తే మధ్యే మార్గంగా ప్రభుత్వానికి భారం కాదు, ఉద్యోగులకు ఎంతో కొంత గ్యారంటీ ఉంటుంది. ప్రజలకు కూడా 25% అంటే సరే పోనీలే అని కడుపు మండదు.
