Dr Friedman I am in the upstate SC area and am contemplating scheduling with you via telemedicine.I am a central hypothyroidism (panhypopituitarism pt) that is currently on t4 and t3 and stress dose steroids.I have a background a disabled RRT.I stopped producing TSh with a TSH in my late forties.I failed my insulin tolerance test.I had a mild chiari mal repair of about 4mm and developed bacterial meningitis.The drs in my area are extremely overly conservative and treat me. Like a rare bird case.I have been to Duke and was very disappointed.My energy levels are scarce and am only on stress dose steroids.You appear to be the only well educated endocrinologist out there and others continue to fail me.Just a quick salute to you and hope to see you one day Sr.Gina White
