Once it got over the embarrassment of Galileo, Christianity has had a legacy of encouraging scientific research, building on the belief that all of nature is God’s creation. Through modern science, Christians are becoming increasingly aware of how their God crafted the universe around them. Hundreds of years of research in geology, paleontology, biology, and many other fields have produced abundant evidence that the earth is billions of years old and that fossils and geological features formed through many processes over eons of time. Additionally, there is an abundance of empirical evidence that there was never a global flood, and as a consequence no ark. The flood story is FILLED with hyperbole that would have been recognized by its ancient audience as a figurative description of an event in order to produce an effect and make a theological point, and NOT an example of ancient journalism or accurate science.
If the Ark was a myth, then Noah is a myth, then Jesus Christ is a myth - Everyone who has ever lived, who is living today & YET to be born knows that Jesus Christ is RISEN - because He confirmed Noah : "just like the days of Noah, they were eating, drinking & marrying until the day Noah entered The Ark & the rains came & took them all away, they did not know until it happened - so it will be when The Son of God returns" - I can testify these words are faithful. MATTHEW 24.38 - believe The Truth or Perish like our ancestors! Amen.
After watching your 2 documentaries, this one was meehh... The topic is already problematic. The ark can never be found unless it is frozen or stuck in a swam, oterwise it should be already rotten. what is that fantasy of religions to find the ark? what will it change?
Those are feature length documentaries produced for TV and screen, Noah’s Ark and the tunnels are short documentaries produced only for the channel. They’re not intended to be as detailed and have as high a production value but give a short overview of the subject…

The origin actually lies in Mesopotamian myths thousands of years older.

There's no "mystery" because there's no Ark.
