LOVE the extended Skarloey lake scene. Ringo wanted to return to a childlike land of his youth where he didn't have to worry about real life responsibility or the reality of steam, and Sodor was, quite literally, a steam train utopia. His son, OUR Mr. Conductor gets addicted to that because of how he was raised: trying to keep that rose tinted gateway alive. He's basically grown up like a child in a man's body because his own father believed that the adult world was full of ignorance and tragedy, and, like thomas fans who fall in too deep, HE can't really move on because of the druglike effect that the sudrian nostalgia has on him. His addiction and his choice to avoid that same responsibility his father did causes him to neglect and lose his wife and son, but by the end he chooses to TAKE on that responsibility upon seeing the effects both of his addictions have had on him. He has to give up Sodor to move on and become the person he truly wants to be- a person BETTER than Sir Topham Hatt, his idol, ever was. He WANTED to be a controller of this magical little carefree railway of the past but he NEEDED to move on from it entirely so he could grow up and be his own responsible person in the world he actually belonged in. Rob made that arc come to life in a really touching way in the movie, and you see even more bits of it both here and in the cut Windmill scene, where after having lost his child AGAIN despite trying to show discipline towards him for once, he doubles down and takes responsibility for Lily and Thomas who are now in his care. At his LOWEST POINT he still wants to keep them safe. Brilliant writing. Anyway, thanks for sharing these with us Nicky! It's really fascinating seeing how the film changed, morphed, and developed over time, and I for one can certainly say I'm really grateful for the editing done to the final film to make it more concise, complete, and flow wayyy better. You can really see how the reshoots/additions to Patch near the end REALLY improved his character, and you instantly grasp why Mutt and Cranky got cut. When you agree that almost all of the deleted scenes should've been cut, you know you've got something good

My favorite deleted scenes have to be the Cranky one, the coal hopper scene and the final scene with Gordon, Henry and Edward. Still wish that Coal Hopper part was still in the movie. But some scenes just have to be deleted at times. Love the final project regardless though.
You’ve made quite the special universe. The idea is genius with the Halloween and Christmas specials, having bite sized pieces of a magic railroad styled show. It feels like a perfect mix of seasons 4,5 and then TATMR. Very much looking forward to what you do next.
Many of the scenes, especially the ones from the 2019 cut would've slowed down the movie by a lot indeed, so I never really minded it. That said, certain scenes here would've kind of given further layers to the film, at least one interesting trait I wish could've been featured. For example, Patch's reactions to any of the features and characters around the magic grotto added more hilarity to just seeing Patch weirded out by Thomas' face. I adore how even with the film focusing MORE on the humans than the film itself, you made them much more interesting than the engines. Still the scene of the three railway engines, being the key characters they are, finding the strength to carry on in those times is a really powerful scene showing how the spirit of Sodor wasn't entirely gone and the acting conveyed that flawlessly. And the extended Burnett and Ringo scene (as well as Vincente spelling it out) added another layer to Mr Conductor as a character, in terms of his influence. Really makes the movie that bit more of a film that subtly gives morals relating to addiction and the reasons for going down such paths, not just for drugs but other hyper fixations that could get out of hand if you let it get that way. The windmill scenes show how deep down, Conductor knows what's right, but his addiction is the cause of some of his main problems, even when being a remedy to stick it to the Fat Director once the penny drops and the rabbit gives him the pep talk.
My favorite scene is, of course, the Shed's in the morning scene. It's so beautiful, heartwarming, and triumphant. A great final performance for the main cast. 🥹 It definitely feels like Classic Thomas. Especially Season 4. It's the most beautiful season and my favorite, I might add.😊😂 But the cranky scene is my second favorite. 😊
Very nice. I can see why some of these were cut, but I really liked most of them. My favorite ones were the night scene with Percy, Annie, and Clarabel, and the next scene with the other steam engines in the morning.
I love the piece of music, whatever the name is, in sheds in the morning. thats possibly the most cinematic piece of music from the show, and you guys made it even more cinematic! that scene should have stayed in for the music alone
Nikki, since the introduction to George during his first meet with Diesel 10 was a better introduction to George, i feel like the earlier scene of Thomas encountering George would've worked later on in the film, like when Thomas was looking for Mr. Conductor but with some new lines for George. Thomas asks George if he's alright and George murmers to himself before saying " Oh yeah Thomas im fine thanks." Thomas: Oh Ok George. Have a good day😊❤
Fantastic, I love it, I remember the scenes from part 1 to 6 that was last two years of 2019 and becomes a deleted scenes, I love to see more talking trains like Thomas and the other engines for some deleted scenes, I love the musical background of Really Useful Engine song is so much better where the engine's working and thank you so much for uploaded of the Magic Railroad Parody deleted scenes that I really enjoyed the full movie and you're did a fantastic job for making a parody movie, MrCounductorFan1406! *sigh* you fell into the same trap the Movie Executives did when they butchered Britt's movie for the sake of time/money/soccermoms (although yours is much better paced and the story is more solid then that mess). Much like the Boomer Deleted scenes video, I feel like a good chunk of these cuts were unnecessary and, like you said, done for the soul sake of cutting down the time of the movie. A lot of these scenes would have not only made the film funnier imo, but also build more upon the story/lore of your film and the universe within. Plus, including more of the IOS scenes really could've made the entire island a LOT more interesting/lively (also, I'm a sucker for good banter, and I really liked the banter from the Sodor characters in your original cut). Another thing i noticed is that from the first release of the parody to the final release and these deleted scenes, the whole movie when from a parody of the og film as well as Britt's mistakes/bizarre choices in creating the film, to a straight up re-write with a bunch of the good jokes/scenes removed. ESPECIALLY with the, pretty much, removal of P.T.Boomer! Like seriously, the amount of him you cut out of the final film is so much that even I felt something was off when watching it; it's almost like you didn't want him in the movie at all... and you know that's NOT going to fly with us! (probably should have said that in the last Deleted Scenes video :\). TL;DR: a good fan film that could have been better, but due to a lot of mistakes/choices on all of you, it was lacking in a lot of areas! (side note; I REALLY think you should at least finish the last scene with the engines being 'heroes' and doing their jobs without a controller, that would be a great treat for us fans and for the people who worked so hard on it).
