Dear You Tuber, I commend all of you who create and post your videos for others to enjoy, engage, and, for some, to critique. I personally could never do it because some people are extremely critical, and others are just mean because, of course, their way is the only correct way. I enjoy your content, and if I ever did have a suggestion or idea, I would not be cruel or demeaning in my reply.

I went to the store to buy the ingredients. The minute rice comes in two box sizes. The jars of picante come in two sizes as well - both looked like the ones you used. I came back, paused the vid, got the rice box size but can't make out the picante. I got the medium size, will see how it goes. Please don't assume we know how big a "box" or a "jar" is because there's multiple options that look the same as what's used in the video but could be half as much - or twice as much. Trying it tomorrow, will see how it goes. Think it'll be delish.

This is a total struggle meal. I made this dish because my husband thought it would be good. It yields enough to feed both our family and the neighbor's family. It looks delicious but how do you cook minute rice for 2 hours😮😮
120 minute rice 😊
Using this simple recipe, you too can make Minute Rice in just 2 hrs.
I think I'll try using this to make tortillas tonight. Thanks.
How do you make tortillas out of this? 😮
My only question, why minute rice? Yes it's quicker for lazy people and It's horrible.
Oh BTW. Critiquing is part of learning and improving
You can always use your favorite ingredients to replace the ones I’ve used😆😋

Pace is the best as well as Kraft 4 Cheese Mexican Blend.
I would have added some red beans and I would have used a jar of queso as well without the Tillamook cheese❤

I am going to try it, but I'm just not going to instant rice, just regular rice, may have to cook it for 4 hours with extra water!😊😊😊

Chicken or shrimp

MINUTE RICE!!! Have you ever cooked with it??? The cooking time is more that enough for the rice…

Rookie mistake. Should have poured the broth in the picante jars and get all that goodness 😂😂😂😂😂

She said 2 hrs on high
I love the 2, 2

But I also added in my own pork mild sausage. That's the only difference to my dish.
So 2 hours on high and everything is perfectly cooked ? Rice isn’t crunchy ? I’m kinda thinking there’s something left out… but I will give it a try.
Can we use regular rice
You should. Minute rice cooking for two hours is going to be tragic
Rinse out the jars with the broth .. there is a lot of sauce left in those bottles
Without the cheese it looks like jumbalaya
I shut it off after you put minute rice in yukkkkk!
So use uncle Ben’s nobody cares
I think id rather try v8 juice rather than chicken broth with pork sausage. Just my preference. Im gonna try it
