    Growing up in Arizona, I've always been fascinated by the desert. That's why I am particularly interested in the BEDOUIN TRIBE of North Africa and the Middle East. Believe it or not, there are over 8 million bedouins (nomadic Arabs) living across 21 desert nations.
    Over the years, I have had some incredible experiences with bedouins in countries like Yemen, Oman, Sudan, Algeria, Mauritania, and Jordan - and today, I finally got around to telling you the story of the Bedouins while here in the Sinai peninsula of Egypt.
    All I have to say is that bedouins are some of the most open and hospitable people on earth -- they will force-feed you and serve you copious amounts of hot sugary tea. I really admire their lifestyles and I'm excited to share this story with you.

    The Bedouins are an independent race, based on the tribe of the origins of the Arabian Peninsula. Otherwise, he is not considered a Bedouin. The origins of the tribe must descend to the Arabian Peninsula and the beginning of the tribe should be within Saudi territory. As for the different peoples, similar to the lifestyle of the Bedouins in North Africa and some countries of the Middle East, they are ethnically different. The Bedouins are related and know each other well, and they are experts in genealogy.

      @@MESSI-fx1ob Bedouins have no country in which they come from. They have been roaming the deserts and mountains of the middle east for 3000 years and bedouins. The middle east is from the Arabian Peninsula (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Yemen and Oman) and the Levantine ( Syria, Lebanon, Iraq Palestine and Jordan) and even North Africa like Egypt.

      Khalid Alawi do you know where they descended from cause in Egypt our Bedouin’s are much darker and their hair is much straighter they look very similar to Saudi Arabians. I really love the Bedouin’s I went Sinai for vacation I couldn’t believe how nice they were at times I thought they were joking.

    • @KhalidAlawi
      @KhalidAlawi 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@MESSI-fx1ob They can be descendants from where ever just like how some Egyptians are darker and some are lighter. Its the same thing with Bedouins. Although the stereotype is that Bedouins are dark. My tribe consists of people with blue and green eyes and we are Bedouin. They are just descendants of Arabs just like how there are dark and light coloured arabs its the same with every race.

    Also Sinai and Saudi Arabia climate and wildlife and plant life is African.
    So Sinai and Saudi Arabia is a part of Africa not Asia.

    Só a Bedouin is essence the equivalent of an American Cowboy .
    Cowboy wander the prairie with his horse.> Bedouin wander the desert atop his Camel.
    There is cowboy fare as well as Bedouin fare.
    Both deal with rugged terrain and gather around their own.
    Other seek moments of isolation.
    Cowboy herd cows, Bedouin herd goats.
    Cowboy participate in Rodeos , Bedouin participate in camel races.

    People from all over the world keep posting comments about "oh we have bedouins as well". Bedouin doesn't just mean any nomadic people. Of course there are nomads all over the world, even in South America. Bedouins are only from tribes that trace back to Adnan or Qahtan, and have an agreed upon set of customs they all adhere to, and speak in a bedouin dialect, which is full of poems and stories of a certain style . So bedouins from Yemen to Syria understand each other because they agree on a set of customs, shared history and lineage. Even if other people live in tents in a desert and have camels, that doesn't make them bedouins, but you can live in a penthouse in a high rise building , drive a BMW and still be a bedouin if you adhere to the customs and belong to a real bedouin tribe.

I've always been in love with the Arabic people but it struck home when I spent two years in Iraq. There's something hospitable about people who speak Arabic as their native language. It's like with comes their language also comes this tradition of hospitality.
