    Great videos - they've really helped with our upcoming move to SD. A rental video would be nice as mortgage rates are too high at the moment. What to be careful of, who pays what, contract negotiations and zillows involvement. Personally looking 4-7k Carmel Valley, del sur.

    Please keep in the context the city of San Diego vs. The County of San Diego. There are more affordable homes in East San Diego County. Good content.

      very true.. typically in all my videos when I say San Diego, I'm referring to the county as San Diego is one of those places where the it's full of different cities that are referred to as san diego unless you're local

    Hi Dan, will I need a car to live in San Diego even if I work from home?

      It's definitely possible, especially if you live in walkable areas like downtown or north park where there's also easier access to public transportation. But I still would highly recommend having a car to get around if you want to make use of the whole county.
