Hello @grishmaparate as far as i know that was getting set before steelbricks acquisition by salesforce. Post that they introduced the consumption schedules to be used with Usage products thus we are not setting them as Usage.
i followed the video step by step but i have following issues: 1) Tax Calculation Status is error on both order products, i had already allocated all rules, treatments, and legal entities 2) if i add LTR product in quote, it gives 'charge type' error while order checkbox...what 'charge type' values did you use for LTR product? because it doesnt show that error when i add other products independently. 3) when allocating payment it gives error 'no line selected' but it doesnt show any checkbox to select payment lines
@deepeshjain7473 please find the following details on this: 1. Below object records must have same address for the solution of this error. a. Legal Entity Address Information. b. Tax Rate Address Information. c. Account Billing Address & Shipping Address. 2. for LTR product, please set Charge type = 'Recurring', Billing Frequency = 'Monthly' & Billing Type = 'Advance'. 3. Please set the status of Invoice as 'Posted', create 'Payment' record. set status of payment record as 'Posted' and try allocating payment. It will allow you to allocate payment.
@jerryraju6293 can you please check if there is any error on the invoice? check following fields on invoice: Tax Status Tax Error Message. The invoice will be marked posted if both these fields are blank.
