I have a question for you, i am an MBA, 45 years of age and currently working in an engineering company and leading a Sales department. Did learning a salesforce and getting its certification would help me finding a better jobs?
It's true that Salesforce admin jobs can be limited in India, and we also have a video addressing the same (Video link: th-cam.com/users/shortsHo4H0DCJySs?si=Ojmkxabj_rfEWpM3 ). But still learning Salesforce Administration is very crucial as it lays down the basics for roles like Salesforce developer ,Salesforce Business Analyst, etc. and this video breaks it all down into a simple day-by-day plan to get you started.
yes, you can shift to a Salesforce Admin role by getting relevant certifications, applying your QA skills to Salesforce projects, and learning through courses. Stay updated with industry trends and network with Salesforce experts to ease your transition.
Need to learn those skills as well to be considered for SF jobs. While there are admin jobs but not sure about it in long term especially in India since there is tough competition
We have already shared a free Salesforce Admin tutorial series in the video, here is the link for the same:- th-cam.com/play/PLWgzSrReOBh4P7kQyCJVH7mdmCWw0HXfi.html&si=zCvnHKxzoMehDvb6
what about flows madam who will cover that the essential point you are not talking everybody out there it is necessary to learn and know flows as an salesforce admin
If you're specifically asking about Salesforce Admin jobs, they might be limited in India since many tasks are handled by Salesforce Developers now. However, there are still plenty of opportunities in Salesforce overall. Once you learn Salesforce Administration, you can explore other areas, like If you enjoy coding, you could become a Salesforce developer. Or, you might enjoy roles like Salesforce QA (Quality Assurance) or Salesforce BA (Business Analyst). So, there's a wide range of options within Salesforce, but it's important to find what suits you best!
Get certified, build a strong LinkedIn profile, network globally, and apply to remote-first companies. Tailor your resume and prepare well for virtual interviews.
Here Salesforce devlopers with 3-4 years experience not getting any interview call Then what they achieve by learning Salesforce admin ,that also in india where everyone consider that it's a default add on for any Salesforce developer My honest recommendation to your team to do some ground research in terms of jobs in tech industry and make dedicated videos on those. At least fresher will get better clarity Salesforce was good in 2019-2022 But now experience developer only not getting interview call And Everyone in youtube teaching Salesforce 😑
@@ScaryAdventureCinema Still Searching bro, My honest opinion is if you planning to jump in IT industry. Try to search is web development. In naukari , web development it's showing more than 9000 jobs across India.
Are there Remote jobs available in Salesforce?? Presently I am working in Banking Sector, Clerical profile for past 10 years. Can i get job in SF now? Age is 35 , BCA graduate.
Yes, there are remote Salesforce jobs out there and with your 10 years of experience in banking and a BCA degree, you've got a strong base to build on. The key thing is that most Salesforce roles want experience with the platform itself. So, to make the jump, you might want to take some online courses or certifications to get familiar with it. There are even free resources to get you started! In short, with some extra learning, your background sounds perfect for remote Salesforce jobs.
@@SalesforceHulk thank you for the information. Do you provide only online classes or offline also. If I join your course, is there any guarantee on providing a job or remote work ? Please guide
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. Also, we're not promoting any paid courses, and the suggested playlist is available for free on TH-cam.
I understand your frustration. Job searches can be tough, but having the right skills and certifications can really help. Salesforce skills are valuable. Networking and continuing to learn can improve your chances.
Not Agree. Having a certification is always a benefit. But yes at the same there are only fewer jobs available after admin so you can skip this certification. Better to go for Relevant/Associate certification.
Because everyone is being led to learn salesforce admin as a foundation first so its way tooooo over saturated and it can only get worse, hence really dont waste time learning admin. Go for other certifications will be more efficient.
Thanks for the pointers!
