@sabareeshsj7202 You can surely create org from trailhead but to use conga you need access to Conga's Install Center where you can install package from. Conga doesn't provide community & install center access to everyone until you are partner with Conga. In your case try registering here: community.conga.com/s/registration I am not sure what access you will get on community but you can just give it a try.

@@sfdclearning thanks for confirmation I have another scenario not sure how to reach you so posting here itself I have net new sale contract with asset and subscription based products assume 1 asset and 3 subscription products. In this net new contract I will have 3 subscription lines. Now requirement here is when I want to renew the contract I don't want to renew whole contract with 3 subscription line instead I want to renew only 1 subscription line or say 2 subscription line individually I didn't my research through out of box it is not possible As per CPQ when we renew contract all subscription will be renewed. Can you please let me know your thoughts on this and what could be best possible approach

@NagendraKumar-gr6pd set the following field values on those subscription which you don't want to be on renewal quote: 1. Subscription Pricing = '' 2. Product Subscription Type = '' 3. Subscription Type = '' 4. Renewal Quantity = 0 The subscriptions having above values set will not get renewed and won't come on renewed quote line.

@rachanakiran5149 you will have to first create proposal for the opportunity. then you will configure product formula field on layout. when you click that it will create cart for you and will take you to catalog page. note: make sure you have price list populated on proposal.

Nope, you don't have to change billing rule. please check following: You should have Finance Periods covering up the span of order lines. For E.g: If you order line starts on 01/01/2024 and ends on 31/12/2024. You must have finance periods created for the same span or bigger span. please try checking that.

@jerryraju6293 you don't have to create as many legal entity as accounts. you can create legal entities with common details like combination of country & state.

OOTB Salesforce Billing doesn’t have Document Generation functionality so after invoicing posting. You can use any docgen tool to generate invoice document.

Summary B (Value as 5) Filter Field = 'SBQQ__ProductCode__c' Operator = 'equals' Filter Value = 'ProductCodeB' Aggregate Function = 'SUM' Aggregate Field ='SBQQ__Quantity__c' Composite Operator = 'Multiply' Variable Element = 'Summary A' 3. Summary C (Value as 10) Filter Field = 'SBQQ__ProductCode__c' Operator = 'equals' Filter Value = 'ProductCodeC' Composite Operator = 'Divide' Variable Element = 'Summary B Assign the value of Summary C variable in the quantity field on Product D. I hope this will fulfils your requirement.

@Mohamed-xx7fi Yes you will have to create a price rule. create a price condition which will be checking SBQQ__ProductCode__c = 'ProductCodeD'. You can choose target object based on your product structure. If all the products (A, B, C & D) are individual products, then you can choose target object as quote line and if all the products (A, B, C & D) are options then you can choose target object as 'Product Option'. At the end create a price action with following value: Target Object = Quote line or Product Option (based on the above statement) Target Field = SBQQ__Quantity__c Source Variable = Summary C

@shefaliagrawal7901 Contracting & Billing (Invoicing) process are two different processed. we tend to create order when we wants to do invoicing and use billing and post order creation we create contract from order. Whereas creating contract directly from opportunity will skip the billing process itself. so inshort, if you want to bill the usage based products, you must create an order & order item from quote and create contract from order.

Hello @krantipatil7429, The amount calculation over here is different.lets say a usage gets priced using first tier. when another usage comes up, it will again evaluate all the tiers and price them based on the range specified. If we have 800 quantity, then first 100 will be charges as free. next 400 quantity will be charges as $1 each and remaining will be charged at $0.75 usd each. so for 800 quantity of usage the price will be $625 (100*$0 + 400 * $1 + 300*$0.75).

Creating a summary variables won’t set the quantity. There needs to be a price rule which will set the quantity as a value of summary variable

How Can I use summary variables to calculate a product quantity based on 3 other product quantities? So I have product a, b and c. The input of their quantity will be used to calculate product D So if product a is 4, product b is 5 and product c is 10 then the math is product D= 4*5/10
