    Eric here. I've spoken to Charlee and she said she's entitled to some of the ad revenue from this video. I'm thinking instead we can compensate her by taking her on long walks, feeding her fancy treats, and giving her belly scratches. Does that sound like a fair deal?

    This is exactly what I needed as someone who is already vegetarian, going back to being vegan again but just relying on pantry staples right now because I haven't gone grocery shopping in a minute, and am super hungry at the last minute needing something low maintenance. Thank you! Not gonna lie, making the peanut butter noodles now.

    I watched the first 6 mins of the video, paused, made the peanut butter noodles, and then came back to watch the rest while I ate 😂 11/10 (made with spinach and tofu) thanks for the recipe!

  • @patchouleigh_
    @patchouleigh_ ปีที่แล้ว +5

    The first recipe you mentioned is very delicious. It's also good because you can have these ingredients on hand, and they wont go bad : pasta stays fresh as does peanut butter, and the broccoli can be in the freezer.. So it's a good back up recipe. I've made a variation of this. Used dried chili flakes for the spice. Just a pinch and not a lot. 😜

    I’ve been making your first recipe for the last several months and it is soooo good! I’m going to try adding some ginger next time. I usually use gochujang instead of sriracha and I really like Japanese buckwheat noodles because of the extra protein. Love all these recipes. Great video!

I’d say it’s worked out good. 😂😂😂 Also, love a man who loves a dog! Does he have an older brother who wouldn’t mind a chubby cancer survivor? (Still working on the weight.) 😜🤣 Thought I’d ask? 😂😂😂

    Beans ( string beans, then all other beans) are my favorite food so it was awesome hearing how much Eric loves them too, nice! I looked up the Sriracha shortage and uff, apparently the chili crop didn't so so well so that's why it's impossible to find it or its so expensive online if you manage to find the original one. I wasn't even into it till last year when I started eating the Strong Roots Cauliflower hash browns (vegan yay) for breakfast but doused with Sriracha and flaky Maldon salt they are heaven so now I'm experiencing some withdrawals lol.

    Hello: first comment here on your channel! Because Im vegan, and always search for new ideas, your channel was "suggested". So this video popped. I just made the easy sweet potato curry and I have to say it is very good. While I had to modify the portions for just one person living by myself, the recipe in itself is easy in its execution and packed with flavors in its simplicity. Well done. I have subscribed and hope to taste more of your dishes. Thank you, Sarah. ( Im assuming the male is your other half...) .

    I would probably add garlic and onion powder to the tofu, along with kala namak, to give it a more 'eggy' flavor. I think the turmeric should not be optional for color unless one adds annatto for natural color. Turmeric is so beneficial anyway.
