What an awesome list. It's amazing to hear what these cards go for. Being from back in the day I look back and hate 10 year old me for not stocking some if the 2003 tins and such to have for sale today. Great list and I didn't even know about the Blue-Eyes prize card!
I would have never guessed about the Card of Sanctity card. That's very interesting honestly! All of those cards are really great and some more expensive than others, but that Dark Magician Girl is just a very stunning looking card to me! Also, that Skill Drain is an amazing looking card too. Thanks for the opportunity to receive it, Ruxin!
It’s just amazing! The growth of a tv show to a card game it still has the same nostalgic memories! Expensive cards is just a plus to the hobby we love.
It's absolutely insane to think how these cards are still so popular, I'm slowly trying to build up my collection from when I started at the age of 10! Love this channel and it gives me so much nostalgia watching them! Keep up the videos! 👍
It’s honestly baffling that the pequeno moth doesn’t even receive an honorable mention? I mean how can something so priceless not be included? 😂 excellent video Ruxin!
That's a great list Rux! I really like how you included cards that were traded and not just outright bought for a price tag. Would love some more vids like this one!

@@JMR-Cummins2500 Or it simply never wasn't a "collection" in the first place, but just a bunch of random cards like most of us have. Honestly mind blown on the value of some of these, love the list and how much I learned about what drives the value of these cards. Thank you for the awesome content!
The number of cards on this list that exceeded $1000 or 6 figures in general was nuts. The Stardust was definitely my favourite, just for the nostalgia. Honestly, this might seem silly but of all of these the one I’d want the most (aside from the money from selling the more expensive ones haha, more money than I’ll make in 5 years easily for some of them) is just the 1st Ed. DMG. I really have a lot of nostalgia for that card and I want to collect a few rarer, good condition printings of it when I can afford to (probably never anything as expensive as the one on this list of course though!)
A lot of the prize cards don’t hit the nostalgia bone (unless they were popular on the anime) so main set cards that everyone had access to are a lot more desirable for a lot of people!

My most valuable yugioh card I’ve ever pulled was “Aluber the Jester of Despia” which was from Dawn of Majesty for almost $100 according to TCGplayer, but not expensive enough like the other 10 that made it into the list. But to be fair, it would love to see someone puts up a PSA 10, 1st edition blue eyes white dragon from LOB for millions of dollars.

Hey Ruxin! Loving the content lately. Just wondering though, does rarity correlate with the price? Like is there a rarer card worth less than some of the cards on the list?
Great list! I thought you might mention the prize cards of ritual monsters like the Black Luster Soldier that were printed on metal as prizes at the first ever Yu-Gi-Oh tournament, but maybe that could be a video for another day.
Enjoyed this video, I have many yu gi oh cards from the beginning, never thought to play them. Love the artwork and different characters. All are in sleeves and put away. All I can say is Forever Yu-Gi-Oh

I really liked your take on this video, making it different from other videos like this, like I found your preference over cards that actually sold and the fact that you knew people involved in these sales very interesting!
Great video but honestly I'm surprised how low on the list the minerva was. Really puts the rest into perspective. This video scratched a nice itch in my brain.
I think the SJC promos were always so desirable to me. Their printing looks so different and iconic, and also were competitive which I think is cool as well.
Great video, keep up the good work! It was cool to see the stories and insanely high prices behind the cards. My favorite was the common card of sanctity for $40,000. I think it's amazing that a random common card can turn out to be thousands of dollars years later and also me personally I would not pay that much for a common card or for any card for that matter IK you were asking.
Crazy how expensive some of these are. I didn't think anything would ever be 6 figures. That crush card is amazing. Love these kinds of videos too Ruxin!

Saw you talking about this on the stream the other day, and as usual you deliver faster than I ever though. Great list, and great that you include grading and trades.
As soon as you said that the expensive card was a common, I knew it was Card of Sanctity. I remember seeing the commercials for it on tv when I was a kid about how to enter and win. I also remember telling people years later at a tournament about the common Card of Sanctity and everyone going "it's not a common, it's a super rare" and nobody believed me a common version even existed. I thought for a bit I was insane but after researching, found out it did exist and that I wasn't crazy. Very niche and neat card!
Thanks for the informative video. So happy to see Solemn YuGiOh being mentioned here. Also I have never seen this Tyler card before, didn’t know there is such an expensive card going around which I have never heard of haha.
Dope seeing my Gold Sarc I just sold in the video. Actually sold a BGS 9.5 Doomcal SJC for 23k last year, more than the Sarc. Thanks Ruxin for trying to help me find buyers for those cards fam!

Awesome list and I can totally see why those cards are expensive and it was nice hearing the information behind the cards and why they are so expensive
It to me is historical how some people put value in gold, some people put value in cryptocurrency, and how some people put value in trading cards. It’s honestly amazing… Something that is considered unvalued by one person is invaluable by another. This really highlights the principles how people put price tags on things based on their targeted market. I am not condemning this by saying that, I am just impressed by observing this kind of thing in the world. It truly is fascinating! I actually had the Dark Magician Girl that you showed in your video from the Yu Gi Oh collectors tin I bought years ago but recently gave it to a friend of my as a childhood gift because I got into the card series because of him. He has it now. It is what it is. I would keep it for sentimental value I guess, but I gave it to him because I thought it would be a good token and relic of childhood memories of the past. Good Video Dude!!! Very cool to see that card again!!!! ❤
I pulled out a Dark Magician Girl when a was a kid and exchange it for a Dark Master Zork, a Guardian Sphix and one another card i can't remember.... Its still today a big regret.
Awesome video 👏🏽 I’m a Pokemon collector but have a ton of nostalgia for Yugioh cards too. Loved learning more about the history here. I’ll be building my Yugioh collection here on out 👍🏽
I wasn’t playing during the UDE days so the first prize card I remember being playable was Giant Hand. I got myself a Super for £300 around the time of PRIO/DUEA and played it in Shaddoll Artifact. Couldn’t hope of paying that little now 😭
I love when you do these kind of videos! The quality of your editing has increased a lot and it's appreciated. I've been really happy to get back into yugioh collecting this year when prices went back down a bit. It's nice to me that it's a bit more niche than pokemon so I can get the cards I wanted when I was a kid realistically without spending too much. It's really been a blast. That said, there is definitely an upper echelon of cards that command insane prices. Cool that there are avenues for all types of collectors.
Awesome list. Really liked how you stacked ranked based off of both price and data. Enough data should get the opportunity to yield a higher rating. However, you also awarded the “tiebreakers” to the card that had the best information by price AND data. Cheers!
I LOVE your vids, I've watched tons of these kinds of videos and there all basically the same list, but you actually put some interesting ones I've never heard of in there. Great work as always!!
maybe i need to add this, but i really lov your long-kind video, cause you were always tell something from our prespective, the kind who still love yugioh, but current game are too confusing, or too fast to even keep an eye on the board... btw thanks rux....
So the Card of Santity was a known card for people who read the top deck magazines and/or played at toyrus during the early years. I was fortunate enough to have held one in my hand before when it was worth around $750. Obv as a kids I wasnt able to afford the card but the owner eventually sold it to a local collector for $1200 a few years later. He still has the card in his collection. Its the only 1 ive seen and I havent seen one hit the market in over 9 years. The last sale i believe public was in the 4 figure range but I cant confirm that. Sadly ive owned a stardust and a Shrink prize card but didnt hold the Shrink for long. I couldnt afford to own a $1200 prize card in college. I sold it a few weeks after buying it off my friend who won it in a side event in Austin, Texas. Currently the rarest card I own is a Kanan the swordsmistress WC promo still sealed. Not as rare but still very valuable. Not my most expensive card but rarest.
Wow, that's crazy! Thanks for the info. I had no idea there were Yu-Gi-Oh cards that had sold for anything close to that. I think the best I ever had was a TP3 Needle Worm.
Always fun to look into and learn about these amazing prices, not sure if the retro pack or reprint subset secret rares ever reach as high as some of these
The worst part is: being into it as a kid, keeping your 'collection' thinking one day they'd be worth something only to finally google your rarest cards finding out they're worth next to nothing >.

I really like this form of content, it's fun to see your perspective in a topic like this.
Such a great video, some very surprising cards on this! That Card of Sanctity is wild!
It's awesome to see yugioh cards getting recognition for their pricing
great video! i honestly learned a lot of new stuff here and it feels good to see that people like steve aoki also get that "collector's itch" lol
It looks like the card which poped in my head, Vice Dragon, may touch the number 10 spot in PSA 10.
I loved the story behind the card !!
I never actually knew about the #2 Blue-Eyes card. That’s pretty cool!
This list was so cool, very cool to see these high prices for Yu-Gi-Oh because most of the high priced collectables are Pokemon cards
The Card of Sanctity card was definitely interesting to learn about and the story on how to get it is cool.
Awesome video 👏🏽
I’m a Pokemon collector but have a ton of nostalgia for Yugioh cards too. Loved learning more about the history here. I’ll be building my Yugioh collection here on out 👍🏽
really cool list didn't even know about that card of sanctity, defiantly weird to see a common worth so much
I wasn’t playing during the UDE days so the first prize card I remember being playable was Giant Hand. I got myself a Super for £300 around the time of PRIO/DUEA and played it in Shaddoll Artifact. Couldn’t hope of paying that little now 😭
Absolutely crazy list but I was waiting to see Exodia 1st edition LOB in this list!
Awesome list! I always think it's cool to see how expensive these cards can go for!
Nice to see an informative list like this pop up every now and again! Great vid :)
maybe i need to add this, but i really lov your long-kind video, cause you were always tell something from our prespective, the kind who still love yugioh, but current game are too confusing, or too fast to even keep an eye on the board...
btw thanks rux....
I really like this type of format! Didn't know about Minerva, I can't think of a recent card with that value! It's incredible!! 😳
We absolutely need more videos on these topics: pricy card, rare editions, trivia and other old school stuff
Wow, that's crazy! Thanks for the info. I had no idea there were Yu-Gi-Oh cards that had sold for anything close to that. I think the best I ever had was a TP3 Needle Worm.
Always fun to look into and learn about these amazing prices, not sure if the retro pack or reprint subset secret rares ever reach as high as some of these
Its crazy how expensive some of these cards go for and their value holds for so long, great vid!
As long as the tv shows kept going, the tournaments will continue, and the values will remain high
Great video and informative. Pretty shocked that no autographed pequeno moths were in the top 10 though.
Really appreciate the work you put in this video. Some of the cards i never heared off.
Its incredible how much Value some cards have, its insane! But its nice to see these Type of Vids
I’ve never seen that Tyler the Great Warrior card before but it’s freaking sick. Looks like Goku, I want it!
The worst part is: being into it as a kid, keeping your 'collection' thinking one day they'd be worth something only to finally google your rarest cards finding out they're worth next to nothing >.
