@@pinkdominique6470 It had been requested by customers a lot since a lot of ppl don't carry cash for tips anymore and I definitely don't expect to be tipped like a server since I don't rely on that as my soul income. Its appreciated but I'm not offended if someone says no it's not my business if they want to or not lol I just do my best to not look at them when I do it and not be weird about it since I usually have other things to focus on if i'm drive thru my myself. :)

When my sister goes to Starbucks and gives the barista her order it's like she's speaking in tongues. Everything is venti, green, matcha,soy, organic, vegan, whipped, pumpkin spice, oat, guava, vanilla, extra pump, pistachio, well blended. I don't be seeing any of that on their menu but they always say okay pull up to the first window for the total 🤷🏾♀️
Not in tongues! 🤣 And you're right about all their options. Starbucks has messed up the game for some of the other coffee shops. The smaller ones don't have time for all that.

I went to Starbucks today and had someone prepare my drink who was obviously new. She did in fact ask me to taste it and tell her if she did a good job. I let her know it was perfect, and she looked so happy. 🥰

There was a new barista at my local Starbucks. They ended up letting her go because she was overdoing the customer engagement. She always had a line bc she had to have a full discussion with every customer as she was ringing them up.

I’ll take her over the employee who ignores me but is super engaged with their coworker🙄
What really sucks about that is apparently Starbucks encourages customer engagement, and some of the baristas struggle trying to fit that in because the environment is so fast paced.
Lol that is wrong hopefully she has a bright future somewhere else that will appreciate her friendliness!
Wow, there was a friendly cashier at Burger King that would be very engaging to customers. It was a short conversation but nice. One day I overheard the manager ask her why she felt the need to talk to every customer and to keep it moving. Needless to say she was not there long, I guess Burger King love the dry, attitude cashies 🤷🏾

I’m a member of the Siren Squad and when I tell you that this is so accurate that I had war flashbacks…especially accurate for the warming up the lemon loaf not having white chocolate mocha . Only thing missing is the many many incorrect way people pronounce “macchiato”, TikTok drinks, and folks inquiring about the “Medicine Ball” cus they’re sick then getting hostile when you tell them that the only secret is it’s hot tea…..like damn ya mama never made you drink hot minty tea to help soothe ya throat or sum??
One guy straight up asked us what kind of medicine goes in it and another wanted GARLIC CLOVES added…..

This is so facts! I am a barista at Starbucks! 😂😂😂 Like these customers be coming and spending hundreds on Starbucks in a month just for the aesthetic. Also, the amount of time that it takes you to wake up, throw on some clothes, and get in your car and drive to Starbucks, wait 30 minutes outside for them to open to order overpriced sugar is something I don't understand. It behooves me! 😐
Lol I actually was a Starbucks barista and I loved it! As a new barista, it can be overwhelming so all the points in this video made me laugh sooooo hard!!! Lol I had customers who wanted very customized drinks , steamed milk that was heated beyond the usual temp because they had a long commute home and wanted their drink “drinkably hot” after an hour’s ride…hilarious, EJ!
