Nana, you are like my Mama :-). Your Lao food is so clear, creative and delicious. Lao and English ist the perfect way to show us how to cook laotian for everyone. thank you very much from Berlin.
Nana, I know you said there will be English annotations soon, but think a list of English ingredients and amounts in your description box would suffice most non-Lao viewers...but if you did both, that would be even more awesome. But I know it's a lot of work and so a list would be the easiest and most useful (doesn't even need the directions, just a list of ingredients and amounts). Just my two cents. Thanks again for posting all these delicious recipes!
+nana (nice name).. I can show how to make it, but I don't have the fermented bean. You can check out my friend kathy's video Kasoy Meat Sauce (Khaosoy, kaosoy, kasoi, kowhsoy)
I dont why. Not helpful.. Because I dont understand Laos language when you're explaining each ingredient. 2/3 laos and 1/3 English is not helping me make this dish.
James Donaire thank you for your feedback. This video was from 4 years ago and we were still trying to figure out the audience. My newer videos are almost entirely in English, with English subtitles whenever I say something in Lao.
Hi 👋 Nana, I'm Mexican and my husband is Lao. I really like your recipes, your videos helps me a lot !!! Thank you so much 😊
