One cup of milk add one tablespoon of lemon juice or vinegar, stir and let it stand for about 5 -10min. I usually does this first before I start getting the other ingredients together. Hope this helps.
Could you please put the weights of the ingredients. There's no ambiguity there. Cup measures are very variable depending on how packed the ingredients are.

Because you’re messing up the ratios of the cake, ingredients like butter and sugar are not only for taste but also for the structural integrity of the cake. If you want a healthier cake, there are probably recipes on the internet, but you can’t adjust a recipe unless you know exactly what each ingredient does and how to replace it.

The flavor is good, but the cake layers turned out really thick. I think next time I will divide the batter among 3 pans instead of 2.
