It’s weird how now Blitzo is the one who is craving Stolas’s attention while Stolas acts cold toward him now. Now Blitzo knows how Stolas feels when he did it to him.
Never expected this relationship to be so thoroughly explored. I can’t be alone when I assumed in the pilot, that Stolas would just be the horny villain exploiting a lowly imp. They added real depth. It’s not just crude and dark humor, this show has a “heart”!
I never actually noticed how Stolas looked at Blitzø when that guy asked to dance, leading me to believe that Stolas still has feelings for Blitzø, and asked for his approval (idk tho)
Stolas is looking to Blitz for approval, it's a cute little detail honestly. However, you could feel the heartbreak in Blitzø’s eyes when he let him go. Blitz made the right decision in that moment, because he was able to recognize how desperately Stolas needed a break and some fun. All of which, Blitz is unable to provide to him at this point in time. Stolas is still very much in love with Blitz, he's had a crush on that lizard for 25 years. Stolas is just upset is all.
There were several moments during this fight Stolas was willing to listen and forgive him. He's truly at fault for many things, but not trying to understand Blitz wasn't one of them.
Yeah I agree. Stolas isn’t perfect but if Blitzo put in the effort to communicate like Stolas does I think Stolas would apologize and become better. But Blotzo is too hurt and isn’t healthy enough to open himself up yet

i feel like a lot of people don't recognize that this happened THE MORNING AFTER full moon. if blitz had waited, giving them both time to think and "cool down", instead of just coming back a few hours later acting like nothing happened, i doubt they would've been so hostile towards each other. while both of them could've handled it better, i feel like people are starting to blame stolas more than blitz now
@ShelbyJones-h7n I honestly feel it's all on Blitz. He could have just said he isn't ready for that level of commitment yet. From what I remember the reason he's like this was because he feels responsible for killing his mom amd neither his dad or sister supported or comforted him. That's why he feels it's him, and only him, against hell.
I felt like they were honest for the first time with each other in this episode. I felt like... Stolas was angry becasue he waned something from Blitzo, that he wasn't ready to give. I felt so sorry for Blitzo, cause... he hurts so bad and I get that so well. I still hope that they get together with a good talk. I want them to be happy. I think they could make each other happy, if they had a therapist and could be honest with each other.
Blitz's main problem is that he has NO CLUE how rough a go Stolas has had it. If Blitz can get over his bias against nobles and realize how much Stolas is suffering that's the right first step to taking each-other seriously.
I do admit that Blitzø can be an insensitive, prideful, heartbreaking jerk, but Stolas has surprisingly little self awareness, he does in fact look down on Blitz from time to time, calling him a plaything, talking babytalk at him, and maybe even his own way of flirting while looking down on him, and stolas didn't exactly ask blitzø in a good way to stay with him, it would have been more clear if he gave the box of the crystal to blitz and then say the words "I like you, like like you, like you" or "so you want to date me?" Because I think blitz in full moon felt that Stolas was playing at him to get the crystal or keep the book, or maybe it even sounded like Stolas was "breaking up" with him. Either way these two need to sit down and talk with no interruptions and figure out to communicate! Jeez these are so sad in their ability to talk to each other, and yet so cute in their shared inability to correctly express their feelings for each other.

It's sad that people pick sides when it is obvious that both, Blitz and Stolas are wrong and right in their feelings, is the miscommunication, the lack of knowledge of each other and the assumption is a bad mix for a proper conversation between these two. Because again we as fans know things they don't know about each other, how could they know? They never talk about it! That's why this "fight" makes sense and is so painful to see, because it could be an opening to something more if they just talk, a real talk.

If you pause to read the card, it’s actually really sweet. Verosika comes off so hard as not giving a fuck and having a bad girl attitude, but she was just a girl who got her heart broken by the guy she thought loved her back. I love her so much more after this episode

It is like everyone forgot that Stolas realised that his relationship with Blitz was wrong and toxic and he was trying to make it into a proper relationship but Blitz spurned him..look both are in the wrong but stop acting like Stolas did not begin to see the error of his ways.
Glad to hear another feels this way! Yes Stolas made mistakes and has his own faults. But at least he's realised them and is trying to do better. He has not realised all of them (he would if they were able to communicate), like the power imbalance and the lack of awareness on how he spoke to Blitz in demeaning way (ie. little imp). But like with ending the deal, I'm sure he would apologise and try to better as well. He is making an effort to try to better things and if he were to know more he would still make an effort

He kinda did realize that, but there are other things he needs to realize, like how he talked down on Blitz despite him thinking it was just flirty talk. And like what Blitz needs to do, he too needs to consider others feelings above his own more. For now we have three remaining episodes this season to see how that progresses, possibly Mastermind and/or Sinsmas, and we have two more seasons right after.
I feel bad that Blitzo and Stolas used each other for their own wants and benefits. But Stolas seems to regret what he did to Blitzo, by using him. Blitz used Stolas? He needed his book and stole it, didn't even need to fuck Stolas but did out of pity. He technically did only when he used him for getting into Ozzie's club. All the other time it's stuck doing shit for Stolas he couldn't back up otherwise he could fuck up his contract and lose everything.
Even from the more lustful perspective Stolas took he never once wasn't keeping Blitz's wellbeing or anyone in I.M.P in mind. Even now Stolas is still trying to actually develop the way they BOTH clearly want to, but Blitz is too resistant despite Stolas's honesty.
Even tho I'll admit Blitzø isn't exactly handling this the best, I can actually sympathize with him too, I've been in kinda a similar situation as him and Stolas believe it or not, and I mean they really did just start out as FWB, so it's pretty understandable that Blitzø just sees it as a sex thing, I mean thats literally all it was for the longest time, and now Stolas all the sudden loves him? Lile obviously Stolas has always pretty much loved Blitzø, but Blitzø clearly didn't really notice, so of course he's confused and doesn't know how to feel, I'd probably feel the same especially because I pretty much know what it's like to be on Blitzø's side of the situation! I hope he does the right thing in the end and they can both figure out what they wanna do with their relationship, also my tip is maybe don't get into a FWB relationship because you could possibly just end up like Blitzø and Stolas, and trust me, it's not very fun to be in a situation similar to theirs
Stolas talked like that when he didn’t realize how blitzø felt (and he never said anything), since blitzø flirted with stolas when they met after a while he assumed that bliztø wanted sex, and it showed that in the last episode. After stolas said he’s not comfortable with blitzø, blitzø proceeds to want to bed stolas.
Seeing how uncomfortable is with Blitz talking to him like that makes me uncomfortable as well. Blitzo feels so agressive and not careing to understand how Stolas feels right now, dismissing all he says. Its ... not a nice feeling, kind of scary even. It is amazing that they bring this feeling so good across and I'm glad Stolas speaks his mind, at the start and at the party. I can't wait to see how their journey will go on ♥
I mean..I think it’s good that Stolas broke it off as their relationship was not going so well. They could’ve started out as just friends when they first met instead of rushing into things considering how both sides are.
Both Blitz and Stolas are at fault for not handling their issues better and not communicating better. As for Striker incident, Blitz should have remembered that Striker had Angelic Weapons that can kill high ranking demons like Stolas and the other Ars Goetia. Blitz really underestimated Striker. Blitz should have warn Stolas about this during the Harvest Moon Festival.
He was in alot of emotion for that point They're both kind of responsible for Blitzø's actions, especially the fact that Blitz decided to try and talk to Stolas after the full moon, in which itself is a great achievement. But sadly, Blitzø like he said that he's shitty in relationships, he doesn't have alot of patience and understanding. Afterall he's a simply minded brute, who tries to nust understand his partner, even despite he looked down on him to the point he had to mention it. In Stolas'es perspective he was playing a bit pitty with Blitzø by giving him friendly talks. He didn't understood that Blitz would feel offended by such.

Stolas was reacting more to the idea that Blitz didn’t tell him someone wanted to kill him. That he was targeted even before that point. He assumed that the time he was kidnapped was the first time Striker tried to assassinate him.
Because it's a different perspective one it was just Stella being Stella he thought it was the first time striker attack him and blitz didn't know nothing about it! But now it was actually the second time he try something and he only wasn't just in danger but blitz knew it and didn't say anything while Stolas was being a target all this time.

Okay first of all the reason Blitzo thought their relationship was just about sex because of how stoles acts earlier in the series. So it’s not exactly his fault.
I always took it more as Stolas’ priorities changed. At first he was okay with it being transactional but after the night at Ozzie’s he realized that his pompous facade was isolating him from those he loved and he didn’t just want a sexual relationship but a genuine one.
I mean that happens, friends with benefits end up in 2 ways, or they stop it. Or one of them catches feelings and wants more than what they have now, stolas just wanted more

I like exploring their relationship sometimes but it should be a side plot, not the main thing of the show.. It was about to be an IMP company assassinating people and having adventures and it strays from it more and more often, we barely see them work these days.
IMP/assassination work was the "set piece" they used to connect the characters/start the plot. Richard Horvitz confirmed it was always about relationships.
If I’m going to be honest, I’m more into the action and adventure than the sad romance stuff that goes on in the show. I’m pretty sure others would agree.

How’s Stolas the one who got comfortable? He seemed to realize their relationship was wrong and is now uncomfortable with it which is why he got Blitzo the crystal and changed the arrangement. While Blitz wanted to work on his business rather than be with Stoles. Overtime there situationship changed. Now we are here, where they feel the opposite of what they did feel before. Sorry I didn’t mention that I was talking about the beginning of their situationship.
I think what really gets me with this world is how nice, sympathy, love, and care might as well be nonexistent in their world. Which is why everyone thinks so negatively in that world. It’s sad how there is no guidance in that realm that everyone is chaotic, violent, and everyone is so absorbed into keeping it that way that they all might as well think that is how it has to be. And how else are they supposed to handle even relationships? I think the most anyone has ever done in episode 9 on guidance is Verosika. Because her words are hiding the things she never got to say. “How do you think I FELT- when the fun guy I was hanging out with I actually lov- it was the most EMBARRASSING, most humiliating thing…! It’s just…you REALLY know how to send a message in the crappiest way…the worst part is you still think of me as a bad guy for still being so angry with you…” Verosika had no way of venting. So when she saw how others went through the same with Blitzo hurting them she allowed them to come over and be vulnerable and cry even.
Lest we forget Blitz had basically told Stolas to go F%^k himself just a few days prior. While I do agree Stolas being a Goetia has looked down on Blitz from time to time without him I.M.P wouldn't exist right now. Blitz has NO idea how lonely and rough Stolas has had it despite being a noble to a commoner it would seem impossible I'm sure but a LOT of rich folks go through their own suffering. He claims to not look down on blitz yet from earlier episodes he calls him his "Impish little play thing."Lastly, he didn't know about Stricker trying to kill him during the festival and Blitz stopped him, but when Blitz was running from Martha in S1 ep 1, Stolas knew he was in trouble he even saw him through a bubble during his bath. I can get that eventually he started to have more feelings for Blitz later on But he never truly communicated that much with blitz.

He believed that Stolas was just another one of the Selfish upper classes of who looks down on him and toys with him. With how Stolas has treated blitz through their old arrangement that further proves his perspective of him. When Stolas tried to confess how much he cares about blitz by giving him the crystal, blitz was unprepared for that and wasn't properly taking this information in and takes it as just a s*x role play. Weird art/ animation take here. Stolas is the character that made me realize how important pupils are in animation. Stolas is always animated well to show the audience what he’s feeling and thinking, but whenever his pupils appear he becomes way more expressive. Most characters in animation have pupils, but I’ve now realized how important they are

Stolas says he doesn’t look down on Blitz but it really depends on whose side you see it from. They both have a lot to work on the remainder of the season.
I used to hope that Blitz and Stolas would work things out quickly, but now I think it'd work better for them to do healing on their own and then get back together, because holy hell are they toxic for each other. Stolas needs for someone to genuinely romantically love him and to fully realize how he treated Blitz, while Blitz needs to figure out how to act right. And only then would Stolitz be healthy. Stolas is looking to Blitz for approval, it's a cute little detail honestly. However, you could feel the heartbreak in Blitzø’s eyes when he let him go.
Blitz made the right decision in that moment, because he was able to recognize how desperately Stolas needed a break and some fun. All of which, Blitz is unable to provide to him at this point in time.

From what I remember the reason he's like this was because he feels responsible for killing his mom amd neither his dad or sister supported or comforted him. That's why he feels it's him, and only him, against hell.
I felt like they were honest for the first time with each other in this episode. I felt like... Stolas was angry becasue he waned something from Blitzo, that he wasn't ready to give. I felt so sorry for Blitzo, cause... he hurts so bad and I get that so well. I still hope that they get together with a good talk. I want them to be happy. I think they could make each other happy, if they had a therapist and could be honest with each other.
Blitz's main problem is that he has NO CLUE how rough a go Stolas has had it. If Blitz can get over his bias against nobles and realize how much Stolas is suffering that's the right first step to taking each-other seriously.

I do admit that Blitzø can be an insensitive, prideful, heartbreaking jerk, but Stolas has surprisingly little self awareness, he does in fact look down on Blitz from time to time, calling him a plaything, talking babytalk at him, and maybe even his own way of flirting while looking down on him, and stolas didn't exactly ask blitzø in a good way to stay with him, it would have been more clear if he gave the box of the crystal to blitz and then say the words "I like you, like like you, like you" or "so you want to date me?" Because I think blitz in full moon felt that Stolas was playing at him to get the crystal or keep the book, or maybe it even sounded like Stolas was "breaking up" with him. Either way these two need to sit down and talk with no interruptions and figure out to communicate! Jeez these are so sad in their ability to talk to each other, and yet so cute in their shared inability to correctly express their feelings for each other.

It's sad that people pick sides when it is obvious that both, Blitz and Stolas are wrong and right in their feelings, is the miscommunication, the lack of knowledge of each other and the assumption is a bad mix for a proper conversation between these two. Because again we as fans know things they don't know about each other, how could they know? They never talk about it!

It is like everyone forgot that Stolas realised that his relationship with Blitz was wrong and toxic and he was trying to make it into a proper relationship but Blitz spurned him..look both are in the wrong but stop acting like Stolas did not begin to see the error of his ways.
Glad to hear another feels this way! Yes Stolas made mistakes and has his own faults. But at least he's realised them and is trying to do better. He has not realised all of them (he would if they were able to communicate), like the power imbalance and the lack of awareness on how he spoke to Blitz in demeaning way (ie. little imp). He kinda did realize that, but there are other things he needs to realize, like how he talked down on Blitz despite him thinking it was just flirty talk. And like what Blitz needs to do, he too needs to consider others feelings above his own more. For now we have three remaining episodes this season to see how that progresses, possibly Mastermind and/or Sinsmas, and we have two more seasons right after.
I feel bad that Blitzo and Stolas used each other for their own wants and benefits. But Stolas seems to regret what he did to Blitzo, by using him. I hope those two will forgive each other and start a relationship with each other. But more importantly, I hope those two will turn around, face each other, and they'll look each other's way.

He needed his book and stole it, didn't even need to fuck Stolas but did out of pity.
He technically did only when he used him for getting into Ozzie's club.
All the other time it's stuck doing shit for Stolas he couldn't back up otherwise he could fuck up his contract and lose everything.
Even from the more lustful perspective Stolas took he never once wasn't keeping Blitz's wellbeing or anyone in I.M.P in mind. Even now Stolas is still trying to actually develop the way they BOTH clearly want to, but Blitz is too resistant despite Stolas's honesty.
That episode brought me to tears when Stolitz is trying to be a healthy relationship.
This really is a heartbreaking episode. I really hope things get better between those two.
Even tho I'll admit Blitzø isn't exactly handling this the best, I can actually sympathize with him too, I've been in kinda a similar situation as him and Stolas believe it or not, and I mean they really did just start out as FWB, so it's pretty understandable that Blitzø just sees it as a sex thing, I mean thats literally all it was for the longest time, and now Stolas all the sudden loves him? Lile obviously Stolas has always pretty much loved Blitzø, but Blitzø clearly didn't really notice, so of course he's confused and doesn't know how to feel, I'd probably feel the same especially because I pretty much know what it's like to be on Blitzø's side of the situation! I hope he does the right thing in the end and they can both figure out what they wanna do with their relationship, also my tip is maybe don't get into a FWB relationship because you could possibly just end up like Blitzø and Stolas, and trust me, it's not very fun to be in a situation similar to theirs

Stolas talked like that when he didn’t realize how blitzø felt (and he never said anything), since blitzø flirted with stolas when they met after a while he assumed that bliztø wanted sex, and it showed that in the last episode. After stolas said he’s not comfortable with blitzø, blitzø proceeds to want to bed stolas.
Seeing how uncomfortable is with Blitz talking to him like that makes me uncomfortable as well. Blitzo feels so agressive and not careing to understand how Stolas feels right now, dismissing all he says. Its ... not a nice feeling, kind of scary even. They're both kind of responsible for Blitzø's actions, especially the fact that Blitz decided to try and talk to Stolas after the full moon, in which itself is a great achievement. But sadly, Blitzø like he said that he's shitty in relationships, he doesn't have alot of patience and understanding. Afterall he's a simply minded brute, who tries to nust understand his partner, even despite he looked down on him to the point he had to mention it.
In Stolas'es perspective he was playing a bit pitty with Blitzø by giving him friendly talks. He didn't understood that Blitz would feel offended by such.

Stolas was reacting more to the idea that Blitz didn’t tell him someone wanted to kill him. That he was targeted even before that point. He assumed that the time he was kidnapped was the first time Striker tried to assassinate him.
Because it's a different perspective one it was just Stella being Stella he thought it was the first time striker attack him and blitz didn't know nothing about it!
But now it was actually the second time he try something and he only wasn't just in danger but blitz knew it and didn't say anything while Stolas was being a target all this time.

I like exploring their relationship sometimes but it should be a side plot, not the main thing of the show.. It was about to be an IMP company assassinating people and having adventures and it strays from it more and more often, we barely see them work these days.

IMP/assassination work was the "set piece" they used to connect the characters/start the plot. Richard Horvitz confirmed it was always about relationships.
If I’m going to be honest, I’m more into the action and adventure than the sad romance stuff that goes on in the show. I’m pretty sure others would agree.
They don't understand each other because Blitz lost his mother in fire and Stolas was forced to marry Stella and he was verbally abused him. That's why i think that they don't understand eachother. I feel so bad for them though because they didn't deserve going through alot of crap. :(

Because he's a prince I'm sure they wouldn't dare have him waits 5 years

I cant be the only one who was just like Blitzo and forgot that Stolas did not know about the assassination attempt.
Stolas assumed they had a “good” relationship and got comfortable really quickly, without acknowledging how Blitz felt. It’s not only Blitz’s fault.
How’s Stolas the one who got comfortable? He seemed to realize their relationship was wrong and is now uncomfortable with it which is why he got Blitzo the crystal and changed the arrangement. Meanwhile Blitzo has gotten comfortable because their previous relationship allowed him to be close to Stolas without fully letting his guard down and opening himself up to be hurt. Which is why he’s scared of things changing

While Blitz wanted to work on his business rather than be with Stoles. Overtime there situationship changed. Now we are here, where they feel the opposite of what they did feel before. I think what really gets me with this world is how nice, sympathy, love, and care might as well be nonexistent in their world. Which is why everyone thinks so negatively in that world. It’s sad how there is no guidance in that realm that everyone is chaotic, violent, and everyone is so absorbed into keeping it that way that they all might as well think that is how it has to be. And how else are they supposed to handle even relationships? I think the most anyone has ever done in episode 9 on guidance is Verosika. Because her words are hiding the things she never got to say.

While I do agree Stolas being a Goetia has looked down on Blitz from time to time without him I.M.P wouldn't exist right now. Seriously, He says He's uncomfortable with the way Blitz is talking to him but He was the one talking nasty stuff from the beginning and He made Blitz uncomfortable whenever he speaks to him. He claims to not look down on blitz yet from earlier episodes he calls him his "Impish little play thing."Lastly, he didn't know about Stricker trying to kill him during the festival and Blitz stopped him, but when Blitz was running from Martha in S1 ep 1, Stolas knew he was in trouble he even saw him through a bubble during his bath.
I can get that eventually he started to have more feelings for Blitz later on But he never truly communicated that much with blitz.

On blitz's part of the problem he too lacks communication, he said that he thought someone like Stolas couldn't love someone like him, and that fear caused him to be distant from Stolas as well as his previous relationships. In their argument in the full moon he says " You royal f's think you can do this every time like you can play with our feelings cause we're smaller and not as important." He believed that Stolas was just another one of the Selfish upper classes of who looks down on him and toys with him. With how Stolas has treated blitz through their old arrangement that further proves his perspective of him. When Stolas tried to confess how much he cares about blitz by giving him the crystal, blitz was unprepared for that and wasn't properly taking this information in and takes it as just a s*x role play. Even when Stolas keeps telling him that he actually does care about him he refuses to listen and just wanna keep what they had going not changing anything.
Blitz was feeling uncomfortable with Stolas dirty talk from the begging. (Like when he kept telling him to stop calling him blitzy and when he literally destroyed his phone when Stolas was calling and saying dirty things) And it's annoying me a lot. That we only see Blitz's mistakes addressed but not Stolas's

Imagine having a whole sex agreement and "your owner" starts to give shit about you, to try show something out of "sex talk" and blames you for not understanding his feelings. Don't get me wrong, I love both of them but blitzo ain't that shitty. Stolas and blitzo commited huge mistakes, both of them have flaws and they can't help but fight..

Weird art/ animation take here. Stolas is the character that made me realize how important pupils are in animation. Stolas is always animated well to show the audience what he’s feeling and thinking, but whenever his pupils appear he becomes way more expressive. Most characters in animation have pupils, but I’ve now realized how important they are

I honestly had to unsubscribe and unfollow 3/2 specific artists. Since I saw a thumbnail that was really annoying and frustrated to me. A sign in the art saying "Stolas Sucks" or whatever. Like, goddamn stfu. We get it, y'all hate Stolas or some sh!t like that. They only hated on Stolas and not Bliztø, just defending Blitzø or that's what it seemed like it to me. It's so annoying. Yeah, Stolas wasn't really the best person to Blitzø but god damn, people can change. He realized his mistakes and he's trying to make up for it, for Blitzø mostly. Since he does love him in a way. Especially because of the one episode where they were out on a "date", though it wasn't really like a date but more of an using Stolas to get in type. I used to hope that Blitz and Stolas would work things out quickly, but now I think it'd work better for them to do healing on their own and then get back together, because holy hell are they toxic for each other. Stolas needs for someone to genuinely romantically love him and to fully realize how he treated Blitz, while Blitz needs to figure out how to act right. And only then would Stolitz be healthy.
That's just my armchair psychology thing, tho, and who knows if it'll happen or not?
