@@AidensFeets With as loved and often Dark Magician is played you'd assume that every player has at least once ran into the Dragon Knight/Eternal Soul combo and learned that almost nothing works. Like you don't even need to read, how has it not clicked your head that there are certain conditions being met that is stopping you from affecting Dark Magician?
Evenly match rly helps weaker or non meta decks draw with them I noticed not many meta players use evenly match I now run 1-2 copies in each deck I play if I’m already running low traps Besides archtype traps, the most consistent traps I use are impertinence and lost wind (halve and negate effects of ANY special summon monster, when w monster is summoned from the extra deck while their care is in your gy, set it back on field but banish it when it leaves the field)

New player here trying to learn, I don't understand why you play Circle first then Chain to Soul Servant in this order (@9:28). Wouldn't it be better to Soul Servant first so you can stack a guaranteed card at the top of the deck and then draw it with Circle?
i was wondering if you would be willing to try making a dark magician and black luster soldier based deck? i think it could be a pretty good deck and i have one myself, (its actually a mix of gaia, dark magician AND bls) they all work surprisingly well together but i think you have what it takes to make a really powerful deck with them.
@@jabermogwai5996 basically, the goal is to get black luster soldier, envoy of the beginning, dark magician the dragon knight and an eternal soul (for a board lock) use the various dark magician creatures you summon to make that link 3 black luster soldier, you could go into acesscode talker as well with selene, or you could go for the gaia OTK should you draw the cards for it, it has a lot of tools and options, but in general your win condition is beating them over the head with big boys, you can also use dark magical circle for removal, magicians salvation to recycle or secret village of the spellcasters if you wanna be cheeky and prevent spells.

Eternal soul protects DM, dm the dragon knight (becomes dm at field and at Gy) protects eternal soul. Only way to kill dm the dragon knight is by battle
@Some Dude I forgot about the second effect as I know it turns into a dm while on the field although despia should be able to overcome that as they can bring out big cards as we saw the 3300 monster sorry can't spell that well so I didn't bother lol
I hate dark magicians, I play dual links as well as master dual and all players do in dual links is dark magicians decks, I faced them like 7 times in a row all different people but same deck, and it’s not hard to get either, master dual is a little better because not a lot Of People do dark magicians but they have more cards for the deck so it’s more annoying when I face them
After dealing with magicians countless times I’ve grown a hatred for the card. I know it is a legendary card but sheesh, the cards it’s built around are so abusive.
It's a pretty weak deck honestly. It's supposed to be fun and relaxing to play because it's veey predictable and simple to play/play against. Maybe play better decks? I just want something that will actually give me a chance against tears, spright, emancipator 50 negates lol.
