- Welcome back guys to yet again another dark magician video.
This one is a Duelist Cup event video that Master Duel is showing us these days.
The event is quite fun and with a good deck like mine you can earn a pretty handful of gems.
Showcasing in this video is me countering the most metas in current Master Duel and building a combo out of thin air with a 2-3 card combination.

Whenever I see DM decks I never get upset or anything. I know some play it because of the anime but I actually enjoy playing against DM. It’s a nostalgic deck. Nice content.

So during the event you only had one ghost belle? So what did you play instead?
So your opponents could have destroyed your trap card to clear the field but they choose a monster instead. Also the spirit deck user stopped his combo to attack once where he could have continued to summon. I would like to see how your deck preforms against adventure, floodres, where are the current meta deck battles? Are these wins from casual duels?

add 1 combination if ur playing with dmG, helps alot also with baronne u have ez 2 negate

The last legacy of original Yugioh Anime. Dark Magician and Dark Magician Girl. Any other card from back then is basically useless. Even blue eyes is not competitive anymore as a fun deck imo.
pips are complaining a lot lol, of course any variant of dm its not tier 1 or 0, we all know that, dm, red eyes and stuff like that r just for the chads ahahahahah anyway, u did a great job with them, i like to compare dm to branded despia, it sucks in a hands of a bad player, but it can thrive with a good player who know how to play arround. u basically did that, props
thats why seeing DM beat this decks is so satisfying because its not a tier 1 and obviously not tier 0

I can definitely agree on that first match. If the opponent had more attack power that definitely would've been a lost. But it's still a good deck

I use Davinci resolve, you have many tutorials in yt to learn it but you need i high end pc and for android you have kinemaster a very profesional app that is very useful

As someone who mostly runs blue-eyes, but still has a pretty solid dark magician deck, I'm surprised. You don't have a full extra deck while missing a bunch of staple dark magician extra deck monsters, no magicalized fusion to bring out big beatstick quintet magician, Terraforming, that's a UR, instead of just running a 2nd copy of the 1 field spell you have in the entire deck, that a SR only (I mean, I guess if you want to thin out the deck while getting it it is an option, but this way if you draw the field spell first, you just get a garnet in the deck. Alternatively, all I can think about is, that you already had terraforming, as it's a staple for many decks, and just used it while building a new deck, to save on materials, so you wouldn't have to get more of the archetype specific cards for a new deck and all that.)
But really, the one thing that sticks out the most is, you only have 2 level 7 monsters that can ever hit the field. 'cause let's face it, the ritual monster isn't there to be summoned. That locks you out of the most standard of extra deck plays that dark magicians have: Ebon Illusion Magician. Missing out on that card is a damn shame. Big Eye is also a great option, but yet again, XYZ, and hence you'd need level 7 monsters for it.
If not for the superpoly stuff mixed in, I'm not sure I'd consider this deck viable at all :/ i'd have loved to see you beat up a branded despia player with it, but I guess those decks are just too powerful and need some nerfing, like Spright, and the evil twin stuff they usually go with.

All the things you said about the xyz stuff and i wanted to have a clear list but when you have to many options its kinda hard
and an underated card Dark Cavalry his effect its broken its not once per turn so if you got nothing to lose just spam his effect and with the vast usage of spell trap cards its an min 4000atk right at his summoning
I play DM with a straight line to AC so 🤔 ch of my extra deck is link monster and a couple DM fusions. XYZs are ok but I find myself not having three DMs available at once.
@@rexusthevaliant6311 The only link monsters I have in my DM deck are what's his face, the Link 2 dark charmer monster, Seleene, and Accesscode, for a fast link climb. To be fair, that's such a consistent combo, that combined with a Link Spider, I even put those in my Treasure Panda Exodia deck.
Surprisingly, other than Accesscode, the rest are kinda useful even for it's original goal of bringing out Exodia. Or at least, they can be used for that.

Why though, most DM players play maybe two at most and having a second copy is pretty dead unless they destroy one copy and you survive the turn. Magical circle is great but not that great.
