Good stuff mate. Iv built a mahogany house in bohol.
Dang, that is super cheap. Might have to build a new one just like this on our land in Bohol.
Is this Balete, Batangas? I'm ask because we have land in Tuy, Batangas for retirement. Opposite side of Tagaytay however 😊
I think John Deere is available in Bacolod.
“You wasn’t chatting with 10 other guys” that’s funny 😂 Keep it Pimpin not Simpin ! Amazing work
This is why I also want to find foreigner wife. They are creative people. Especially the Chinese and the Japanese. We also have a vacant piece of land back in our province and no one from our family knows what to do with it since they too don't want to sell it. But I think an American or Chinese wife can make it into something because they are creative people. Hope this American dude find his fortune in that place in the days to come.
is there a follow up video, see hundreds of videos starting a house, and about 1 or 2 percent have follow ups of a finished house. Sadly it doesnt end well most of the time. Or entirely over budget. So many angles to navigate from all sides. Seems like a nice guy, hope it does end fairly well.
It's going good.

Pretty little girl ❤😊
Finally you meet a relatively young man. Not the usual 60 to 70 year old. I would love a more in depth interview at some point. He seems to know his stuff.
