Both are unsettling, and both seem very inhuman, as they go about making their "works of art", inspired by whatever's fueling them. I saw Se7en in a theater when I was sixteen, and the ending made me nauseous. Powerful filmmaking, but I'd be very surprised with myself if I ever felt the desire to watch it again.
Muse being like Jhin and desiring nothing more than the perfect art piece was captivating. His love for his craft was more than enough for me to truly appreciate how much effort he put into bleeding those people, let alone the effectiveness of painting something so destructively beautiful.
Great story. You did a hell of a job telling it, as usual. I doubt Disney would ever go as dark. As they would need to go for this story to be as good as it could be.

This is one of my favorite recent stories with DD. Blindspot is such a great addition because Sam is just a KID trying to protect his neighborhood. And that’s how DD runs into him. He builds his own suit, but the follow up after being blinded is so interesting. They dropped the ball on Blindspot in the comics because after the resolution of this run, I haven’t really heard from him. Hopefully he becomes a thing through whatever series happens on Disney+. What’s interesting about Blindspot is that he’s also NOT getting in the mix with the Young Avengers or Champions. He’s kind of a one man show - very similar to DD.
You see the first word you used "Disney" from the reports the series was going in a lighter direction but with the hype regarding echo we need to support it so Daredevil can be dark & gritter as well

He’s an inhuman, and it’s the inhuman police along with that inhuman detective that was working with daredevil. They said since he’s an inhuman that have rights to punish and imprison him themselves.
It would be pretty funny if Marvel makes him a secret mutant (kind of the inverse of the whole 'we don't own the rights of the X-Men, so now Inhumans are a big deal')

I really liked Charles Soule run on DD. Blind spot is a great character hope they bring him back someday. Ten Fingers would also be great to see in a future series again but I think he’s dead.
This Muse guy sounds like he would be a crazy Villian not only to DareDevil but to Punisher as well! Frank chasing down a psycho who uses people for art, sounds well in his wheelhouse.
Daredevil is arguably the best street level hero there is. Personally, his character is more relatable than Peter Parker. Im looking forward to seeing his appearance in Echo.
Ive got bad news for you. The whole daredevil echo thing youre excited for… Its terrible i mean really really bad. You can watch one of the fight scenes rn and its awful. Obvious missed hits everywhere, punches and kicks are miles away from where theyre supposed to be it looks so fake. And the choreography is terrible as well
Muse 's Imperceptibility makes it hard for Daredevil to hone his senses on that coupled with Super strength and speed , is deadlier to Matt than even Kingpin I hope he has all three of his powers in Daredevil : Born Again

Him throwing the knife at the cop makes me think that marvel studios will have muse be revealed to be bullseye. Don’t know much about muse but I think that’d be a cool way to introduce a “new” character as well as fans from Netflix getting the return of bullseye.
I wouldn’t really like that change tbh. In the comics, muse is never really explained, he’s just this paranormal, chaotic force of nature, way beyond human understanding. For him to just be another human like bullseye would be extremely dissapointing, since all the mysticism and questions about the character would be gone.
