It's amazing how India treats its indigenous black people. They taught you that all Africans came to your country as slaves, really? Look up the Jarawa tribe. Just about every country in the world has an African population and not all of them got there through slavery. That doesn't even make sense considering the logistics of such an endeavor. Even the Africans around the world believe that shit. All non-Africans are the seed of Biblical Jacob, the supplanter. Africans were supplanted.

Huge support to your expedition about the true ethnic African people and their whereabouts, the way they have been brought to India way behind the history of Colonial Portuguese Era 👍
The Siddi or Habshi, is an ethnic group descended from the Bantu peoples of the East African region. Some were merchants, sailors, indentured servants, slaves and mercenaries. And some brought by the Portuguese to Goa.

*As an African* , I can relate to the Siddhi people, also the American people - who just like us migrated via ships over 100years ago. ( as per my research siddhi were mercenaries ) What I do not understand is, why so many people do not think beyond America? Americanisation on Hollywood makes one part off the world over popular and other parts unknown. ( a few years ago, that was me too ☺ - maybe because life is hard, and we are busy surviving..hustling) What's important for the siddhi is to reunite with their ancestoral land, culture, and food. Also to be part off a majority group, and gain more of that IDENTITY (which we all seek) that gives us confidence. Both our communities, keep close to themselves, keep their culture intact...But with Internet (affordable WiFi) and smartphones (2012) the world is learning more - hopefully. Get out, and travel too experience the world ( the safe, unadvertised world). This write up was for my people 🌍 🇿🇦. ( well I got two peoples, and two continents too look after - im just a _misfit_ in both off them ☺ a religious public holiday like Diwali in Africa/America will be great too help people's identity and community pockets too )

@Brown Sugabay you are not called two continents. The first word (African) is an adjective denoting geographic origin, and the second word (american), a noun denotes nationality. There is also "european-americans and Asian Americans".
@Brown Sugabay This is because Europeans systematically attempted to separate African Americans from their homeland. Those who identified with their African roots were the most rebellious. The word "Negro" means a Black person originated in Africa.
@Brown Sugabay there is no concept that every brown skin person with kinky hair is African. Polynesians, Fujians, Jawara, Australian aboriginies and paupau new guineans are not Africans. However the Siddis of India, African Americans, Afro-Caribbeans are all Africans. Linguistics and genetics prove this to be a fact.
Being born in India, makes you Indian. Has nothing to do with race or culture However, their mannerism, is very much Indian. They have nothing that relates to the African culture, except their genetics. Ex: 3rd and 4th generation of any group, born and raised in America , UK, or Canada.
The reptile he referred to as "crocodile like" is probably the Bengal Monitor Lizard which lives in large numbers in the forests around there. Also one request brother, every such African origin tribes will have their roots in some place in Africa where I hope there are still people living their original way of life and following the original culture. Is it possible for you to make videos comparing them now and show how much the discrete population in other countries have diverted from those original African population? It would make the channel much more interesting!!! Thanks for your efforts so far.
