पेम्बा सेर्पा संगम, १८ वर्षसम्म पर्यटन व्यवसायमा संलग्न भए । त्यो पेशामा तीन महिना मात्र काम हुने र बाँकी नौ महिना त्यतिकै खेर जान्थ्यो । खेर गएको समय सदुपयोग गर्नु पर्यो भनेर उनले सुरु गरे अर्गानिक कृषि खेती । यो खेतीसँगै उनले फार्मस्टे पनि जोडे । जसले गर्दा उनको व्यवसाय फस्टाउँदै गयो । अहिले संगम सेर्पा वार्षिक करोड कमाउँछन् भने देशैभरि घुमेर अरुलाई पनि यस पेशामा आबद्ध हुन सल्लाह दिन्छन् ।
Pemba Serpa Sangam was involved in the tourism business for 18 years. In that profession, there were only three months of work, and the remaining nine months were wasted. He started organic farming saying that he had to make good use of the wasted time. Along with this farming, he also added a farm stay. Due to which his business was flourishing. Sangam Serpa now earns millions a year and travels around the country advising others to join the profession.
