- I swear they keep adding things to this game behind our backs because I didn't even known about this place until just now. No wonder Starfield took 15 years to develop.

Overheard an npc in Neon telling a joke about his girlfriend from here. Went something like he thought she was a miner but turned out to be a gold digger "Ka'zaal she wanted was mine!" lol

i still play starfield but started about 2 months ago. The game is so big and there are so many LITTLE details, still love it tho. I'm currently stuck on outposting
I’ve tried my hardest with outposting and the systems are horribly unrefined, don’t bother with the cargo links they’re utterly useless
@@simonriley3438 you can make some cargo links work between planets and some systems but they are horrible for missions. I haven't finish any cargo link mission yet
@@simonriley3438 bruh.. i tried w/ the cargo links so confusing and building on xbox alone is ass. I'm back to fallout 76 after a couple years gone
@@simonriley3438cargo links are a joke. So much back & forth from one outpost to the other, deleting & rebuilding the pads. May as well just carry the resources in your own inventory!
I am a lover & defender of this game but there's just no case for cargo links. They're just difficult/broken.
When I hit this location, it was raining, and at night. Totally different vibe. :)
Side note, this is the *second* artifact humanity found-- but the first artifact Constellation found. The first one was used to create the grav drive.
Close. The Ka’zaal Artifact is the second one Constellation found. Their first Artifact was found decades ago and left on a shelf in the Lodge basement since the founder didn’t vibe with it and they didn’t know it was extra special. Noel mentions this when you return with the Vectera Artifact.

This does explain the tone of Lin's voice when she's correcting Barrett about the last planet she worked for him on. She did _not_ sound happy, or even bored.
Nice find! It's a shame that Bethesda didn't incorporate more dialogue mapping to include locations this specific to a companion. I suppose they figured the notes would suffice, but It's as weird as bringing the NPC you form a relationship with to your parents and them acting like they're not even standing in the room.
It's meant to be found. Bethesda doesn't hold your hand for everything. That's what makes their games special.
Found that place by accident the other day, you’re right it is massive. Never got the legendary in the outbuilding so will have to go back for another camping 😅😅

I just found and cleared out the Vulture's Nest last night. That was absolutely huge and stocked with contraband.

Yeah, I tripped over this place awhile ago, but I could only complete 75% of it. Try as I might I could get that 100% completion. After this video I went back and everything repopulated. Including the loot. Lol...got 100% complete now, just double the loot and xp.
I came to the comments to see if anyone else was stuck at 75%.
I'll just go back later. I forgot there was a magazine there.

I make it a challenge to go into places like these undetected so that I wipe everyone out without them firing a single shot. It's a fun goal I set up for myself after getting bored with the game.
If you take Barret into one of the Temples when you are gaining a power, he also gains the power of duplication.
Thank you for being the only one who actually makes positive content about the game.
I love that it is a sulfur mine, but sulfur isn't one of the resources in the scan....I know it is nopt a collectible resource.. but man....

Nothing was ever mentioned about artifacts related to Ka'zaal. Lin mentioned that it was a rare mineral contract and that his tastes were a bit more sophisticated now.
Also, Lin didn't act like she'd ever seen an artifact before.

So many videos, websites and information to sort thru, and also hoping Bethesda pulls a Cyberpunk 2077:Phantom Liberty reboot with shattered space
I got all my magazine perks from making sure I grabbed at least one of each from every new game plus. Only with the recipe ones do you actually need to find all of them. Otherwise yeah, really cool location. If the enemies respawn it may be worth farming every now and again, Var'uun drop the best gear imo.
This is what the game is missing there should've been a hundred of these in the game one off locations that don't repeat and are packed full of cool stuff and enemies. If they had that and then a hundred of the random places the game would have been way more interesting especially if you planned on dumping a few hundred hours or even a thousand like I have on both fallout 4 and Skyrim.
Thanks for the suggestion but haveta say my go around was just-Okay! I think fighting the Zealots are the best enemies, plus they usually drop good stuff..
Funny how two players can have very different experiences. After sering your video, I went there with Barret. Firstly, the Hunting Silverbacks ignored me and were not aggressive to me at all. I walked right passed one twice with no reaction, but they went right after the Varuun. Second Barret had unique dialogue. He said "It was so worth it for us to come here to find the artifact. Plus, we ended getting a very impressive new Constellation member." The dialogue writer seemed to have conflated Kazael and Vectera.
I JUST found this yesterday after 2000+ hours of playing this game. Its a cool call back to the interactions between Lin and Barrett at the start of the game.

Videos like these show that Starfield has more to offer in the lore space than what is usually assumed. It's just too bad that its too inconsistent and shallow for most of what you experience when playing the stories.

No, it’s the second artifact. The first artifact was in the basement of the lodge that Barrett uncovers that’s been sitting down there for years.
N ah the one that leaves earth a barren wasteland was the first (found on Mars) although now I think of it it's probably the one in the basement. Still it was found a few hundred years earlier.

There’s also a rare magazine that permanently increases your sprint speed by 5%. You missed that and I can’t remember exactly where it is. Sorry!
How do you use those magazines I've got a few but my stats haven't gone up
@@jamesmarshall5899 You just need to pick them up. After that you can discard them, carry them or throw them in a small storage container like I do.

Ive never been there but somehow I am 100% sure I fought all those same enemies and got all those same loot items before. Nothing in thiis game is unique.

I think a war should happen again In titanfall, between the two major factions. There should be missions infinitely generated like invading a base, or spying on a leader. You should be forced to choose neutrality or a faction.
You should be able to, change active companion and go through there inventories on the crew screen, Bethesda half arsed so much.

What GPU do you have my 6800 has never performed this bad in starfield even at launch./ Is it an invidia GPU co's They always struggled with this game.

I got bored with this game extremely quickly and for me, there's no incentive to play it again. It's literally the same thing over and over. The npcs are boring and automaton-like. The AI is so bad that it makes the game too easy. Laughable really since Todd Howard has been wanting to make this game for 25 years. It's a huge disappointment. I'm waiting to see what the new update brings so I can play on extreme difficulty and then the game may feel worth playing. I hate the main story line. It's so boring and once you have done it, there is no incentive to do it again! Oh well let's see if this update can change my mind! Skyrim is still waaaaaaaaay better than this

This game takes zero skill , it doesn't even matter what weapon you use ,the enemies a.i is pathetic, Halo CE even embarreses a.i is light years ahead
A bit hyperbolic. Barrett and Lin hint at it in the first 30 mins of play. It's barely an Easter Egg. I went there in my first playthrough months ago.
