DIY Bio Chamber, Heat Welded Polypropylene part 2

- In this part, I'll be heat welding the 110mm inlet and outlet pipe connections, and assembing the panels to tack and weld the exterior.
I will include the link to Oadby plastics where I have an account,
and purchased the polypropylene sheet from, though there are other places that sell online Oadby are by far the cheapest.
Also where I bought the 110mm polypropylene pipe from. The 5.7mm triangular beige PP welding rod and heat gun I already have from a previous job a couple of years ago, but i'll drop a couple of similar links for those too.

cutlist of material to come from one 3mtr x 1.5mtr sheet of 12mm beige RAL 7032 polypropylene co polymer sheet.

is the welding part hard thinking about making a bio for my self
Depends if you are confident and good at building and making things, it's not easy for everyone.
But pretty easy for a good DIYer or tradesman.
But I would do plenty of practise pieces and test them.
It's like any new skill, the more you do it the better and more confident you become.
I've done plastic fusion welding, and arc welding as a pipefitter, so this is not that much different. 🙂
