In bluewater you never know with currents etc. Some people get excited about landing a fish they instinctively drop their gun to handle the fish. Afte a minute or so they remember about the gun and then, well, it's too late.
Hey man how does the actual line release work with a speargun without a reel do you wrap your line around it and then does it only release when loaded or will it release whenever u pull the trigger? Thanks
Very Informative video, thanks for the help!
Gun shouldn’t sink after spear is fired right? Is there any manufacturers guns that are negatively buoyant after firing?

What's the difference better a breakaway and a inline setup? Do you use break away set up when you attach a reel?
Dude!!!!! I almost spat out my beer mate! By minute 3:45 if you don't hold to your gun it's going to disappear "fo'eva!!!!!!" Lol.
Actually its going to float the the surface....

The trigger when pulled, simultaneously activates the shaft and line release.
don't use a negatively buoyant gun in bluewater to begin with...
If you unloaded gun is negatively buoyant without a shaft I don't wanna imagine how heavy and unusable it would be loaded
I love free diving but idon't have money to buy wet suit

Just made a breakaway rig with a few rubber bands and one knot too easy
